They are an authorized retailer, not a corporate. They can't do everything you might need. Certain things you must call or go to the Auburn location.The people were helpful and nice.

Great service for my new phone. The rebate for turning in my old phone which I did today could have been better explained and my monthly cost less rebate was not explained but rather around $20 per month but cumulative over months of My contractSo an answer to tell me how much my monthly will be once returned phone is logged in would be greatly appreciated.

Worst customer service i have ever had the misfortune to experience. I need someone to fix my business phone and the 2 ppl i have spoken to are uninterested in providing any service. I can't ask questions or get a valid phone number for assistance. If at all possible stay away from this store and its employees ... you would think that with what they charge us they would provide a human that can take a call, direct the call or handle business. If you go in the store they all stand up, get off their phones and then tell you they can't help you and give you a number to call. Verizon isn't that far away, it's time for a change.

I needed a cell phone in order to comply with verification requirements for att mail and various financial institutions. I had no other use for a cell phone and I was very ignorant about them. The service they sold me included insurance, the ability to use my cell phone internet on computers, ( I don't live in a hot spot and I already had dsl cable}. The total came to over $80.00 per month. I just learned that I was enrolled in a program where I was required to pay $5.00 a month to upgrade. The only service I needed was cell phone coverage which should only cost half that amount.

Husband and I used to dread going to AT&T, Grass Valley. Pretty much any AT&T, if I’m honest. And along came Nick. A new manager. Tech wizard, excellent customer service people skills, and laid back. He helped us out of a real jam. Thanks, Nick. You turned that store on its ear.

SCAM ALERT! I signed up for a new account. I told the salesperson I just wanted a basic, cheap plan. I did not receive any paperwork, and was told that I would get it in an email. When I got home I looked at the paperwork and realized I had been signed up for insurance and a "phone replacement" plan totalling an additional $40/month! Now I'm calling to cancel, and being told that I can't cancel for a few weeks, so must pay for them until then. Was the woman who sold me the plan hoping I wouldn't notice?
