Horrible place, when you reserve a party in this place they take your money but do not specify what you can bring and once you are here they tell you no goody bags for the kids with stickers if they would told you that in advance we as parents will make sure not to add that to the bags I tras they don’t let you get in and ask you to removed all the stickers out of 42 bags !!!!! Do not reserve a party here ever they suppose to give a big area for your party and at the end they only give you 2 metal tables with other people around your party. And have to have someone stay there to make sure no one take your stuff.

By far the most disorganized business that I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Staff everywhere but no one knows how to manage the business. Staff begins check in for 1:45pm skate lessons at 1:45. No one knows anything about the lesson cards, memberships, etc. Expect to wait in line for the entire time your family skates to complete any business that needs to be done. Additionally, don't expect any staff on the floor to enforce any rules. They don't find that necessary, because you've signed a liability waiver.

Great place to skate. But they are very unprofessional. I booked the biggest party with them. They told me I was at my max which I was not. I had a list of everyone. They made people that were included In my party pay. Took me two weeks to get in touch with the party planner to even book the party. First red flag. I got so much run around from them. Party planner was not present thru out the party. She popped in twice in 2.5 hrs. Pizza wasn’t good at all. Young workers with bad attitudes requested to talk with a manager. But no manager ever came to speak with me. Just very unprofessional. I will never book another party with them

I book a party event for my daughter birthday.. Service was awful, Pizza was nasty, I ordered 12 Pizza I only got 6.. they didn't do the birthday shout out.. and lot more.. SMH disappointed ?

Such a fun and affordable place to go and roller skate at. Very family friendly, clean, and food available. Check out the different themes/events they have as well. Will be back ?

We went once, had a blast. The next time we went, we called a week before to make sure they were open. When we got there there we checked instagram and it had a 2 day notice that they weren't open. We were all really mad.

Ive always loved coming here as a kid but now that I'm an adult and have been coming for the past month, I dislike how the Dj picks and chooses the rules. One day it’s okay for us to skate on the side the next time it’s not but yet they have the regulars that I see sitting on the walls and chilling throwing themselves while we have to keep moving….how do you expect for us to learn if we can’t lean onto the wall for help or all these pros cutting us off, almost hitting us and having no remorse. SMH

This place is so much fun. I like that it is clean, stays busy but still big enough for everybody to enjoy the time there.. today, I was told at the door I couldn't bring my water bottle, but clearly a lot of people were bringing theirs. I asked the security guy why I wasn't allowed to bring mine in because it was obvious there were so many that did. He didn't know what to say, besides "I'm sorry, that's what I was told." I was not very happy ? but, anyway, my kids enjoy coming here.. they also have a few rules when skating, but there were a lot of people standing by the wall, talking to people and goofing around, even after the employee told over the speaker, to not stop, to keep going.. so, the rules don't apply for everybody.. these are a few of many things I noticed.. Be safe when you come. There are a lot of reckless people. ?
