FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! DOES NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE!!!I bought store brand Niacin from them but after taking few pills, I noticed I have allergy reaction to it.I was going to toss the bottle in the trash until I noticed it says "Satisfaction Guarantee". I said, "Cool! I can exchange it for something else."I went to the store and they REFUSE TO EXCHANGE IT!!! WHAT?!?! They gave me a number to call and I can talk to them instead. So I called the number and they also told me they REFUSE to do anything for me!!!Ok, if you refuse to do anything than that's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on the bottle because YOU DO NOT GUARANTEE IT!!! That's a big problem I have with them!!!

Poor customer service. We went to have our 2nd Covid Booster, yes we went 10 minutes early giving the Pharmacist time to process our names in his computer, but instead telling us we need to come back because he gonna take his lunch break. We understand the Labor law for him to take the lunch period but what we dont understand his time is more important than his customer and patient. We did our part to come early. I worked in a hospital setting we have a system that runs as expected during hours of operation. This means that if the person goes to lunch there should be another person to cover. No matter have smart you are but if you have a poor customer service skills you are like a dumb person, a bad apple to your company. Riteaid should take a look at this. Very depressing.

There was a very sweet female employee who had wonderful customer service on a Friday night. She helped me find my favorite hair conditioner which was out of stock. I really appreciated her, and other employees there that night. They were so courteous to me. Thank you.

I wouldn't take my gerbil to this pharmacy for an injection of any kind!!! They are completely inefficient,unkind, and unprofessional!I'm not sure if it's because I am Hispanic and brought 2 Hispanic employees with me or if it's just Standard treatment. But I had the audacity after waiting 40 minutes in an empty pharmacy for immunizations with a scheduled appointment to ask if we were getting close. The technician who was supposed to give the injections asked me, "close to what"? I said what do you think we're here for and he said I don't know,I don't know you at all. He was the only one giving injections and he knew exactly what the three of us had been waiting over 48 minutes for. This specific location treated me very badly with another Hispanic worker a year earlier and I let it go. Their online system allows you to register and schedule for vaccines that they don't carry and when you get there they have no record of you in the system so all the time you spend putting in data ahead of time insurance cards etc. are completely blown out. But the worst part of the treatment is that this pharmacy just doesn't value its customers. It doesn't know the first thing about respect or kindness!!! I would avoid Rite Aid pharmacy at all cost given my experience that is my belief in my opinion!

There were some very nice female employees who helped me last Friday. They had awesome customer service that one doesn't see all the time. They were kind, and one of them helped me look for my favorite product. They went above and beyond. I didn't get their names, but they were really cool.

Incompetent employees... they are lazy, unhelpful or don't know what they are doing. Take your pick. I had to go back and forth because of a 3rd party only for them to be wrong 2 times in a row. Then I go somewhere else and everything is fine first time around. Because yep they were wrong & wrong again. Fix yourselves.
