My go-to spot for Amazon returns and shipping. The team has always been nice to me. Sometimes they do get busy, but I just come back another time. No biggie. That's not even their fault. I've never seen them under-staffed (every check out has someone), everyone seems to know what they're doing, and they seem to treat their employees good for a shipping job.

I have used their services for 3 months and my experience was great. The only thing I was missing is an incoming envelope scanning and notification. I got that with packages but for envelopes that service is not available. Otherwise, the personnel was very professional and helpful

I mailed a birthday present in a card and it was never delivered. When called to find out if they would help Me track it or find out what happened to it I was given no service. I've spent a few hundred dollars at this location in the last couple years. I will not spend another cent her. Customer service was non existent.

Staff are moderate but you do get good products and quality UPS services also the store has good hours. Mainly my shipments alway make it to there destination in good time.
