Me and my roommate had to ship a very big couch and frankly, the FedEx staff did not have to help us out at all. Instead, they went way out of their way to completely transform our package to make it transportable and spent so much of their valuable time and energy just to help us out. I would recommend this shipment center to everybody and would personally like to thank Alex and Rita for their immense help.

This is a fedex distribution center. Their last pickup is usually 4:45pm. Very helpful staff. The only problem is that the entrance is hidden behind another big elevator. So, when you park in the parking lot, go around the big elevator.

Shipped a long heavy craft to Florida. Went smooth except no cost on the receipt. I provided FedX account number for the shipment.. They were very helpful.

Waited all day for delivery that required adult signature. Near 6pm, the website was updated to reflect delivery was attempted. NOT TRUE. ALL day I was seated within 20 feet of the door. I also have RING doorbell. No attempt was made. No door tag either (because no attempt). Useless website - virtual assistant doesn't help and no number to speak with a person directly.
