Dos Pueblos was our dream wedding venue and did NOT disappoint. The bluff and coastline made for unforgettable photos. The orchid greenhouse was such a beautiful addition and did not need many (or any, really) additional florals. The entire experience was amazing. Best sunset of our lives too

We had a recent summer wedding at Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm and it was an amazing event!Pros:-The venue is a really unique space and especially great if you love plants and animals-It's an awesome setting/backdrop for gorgeous photos!-The ceremony site is private, quiet, and super picturesque-Beth is very responsive and easy to work with-The reception greenhouse is a blank slate to create the wedding of your dreams!-The ranch house is included for day-use and was recently updatedCons:-Quite expensive, especially since you have to bring everything in and work with a ton of different vendors (including dumpsters, restrooms, kitchen equipment, etc. if needed)-The venue is pretty rustic - sandy ground and occasional bugs (but that's what you sign up for by choosing it)-Similarly, the on-site bathrooms are no-frills - we brought in our own soap, hand towels, candles/diffusers, etc. to "elevate" it-Getting lucky with weather is key - if rainy, water would get into the reception greenhouse, and if super hot, the greenhouse can get really hot

The Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm is located in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains. The venue itself is nestled among acres of lush gardens filled with green houses and massive fig trees and other greenery, providing a picturesque and serene setting for your wedding.
The venue offers a variety of outdoor and indoor spaces to choose from, including a cliff side ceremony location with the ocean and mountains as your backdrop, beautiful green houses for your reception and cocktail hour, and all the unique character of the Santa Barbara landscape wrapped up into one spot. The staff is also very accommodating and will work with you to ensure that your wedding is exactly what you envision.
As a wedding photographer, I can attest to the fact that the Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm is so incredible to shoot at. The natural beauty of the venue, the architecture and natural light in the green houses, combined with the endless photo opportunities provided by the incredibly beautiful fig trees and surrounding landscape, make it a photographer's paradise. Where to begin... this venue was an absolute nightmare to work with and completely ruined my wedding. A day planned for over a year and now have constant PTSD from. In short DO NOT have an event here or support these people.They have not kept up on maintenance, leading to several broken glass ceiling tiles throughout both greenhouses. We toured the space over a year in advance, and the ceilings were reasonably kept. Fast forward a year; the venue has completely gone down hill. Our event was suppose to take place during a rainstorm, and when we toured the venue THREE DAYS prior, it was completely unusable. It was flooded with open ceiling tiles, massive puddles down by the ceremony. There was NO way. Contrary to what the manager says, they did not attempt to help make their venue work for our event. They haven't taken care of the venue in over a year, why would they now when the money is already in their account? The amount of emotional distress that was caused by this venue is unmeasurable and do not wish this on my worst enemy. Worst yet, they kept our full venue fee of $20,000. We had to scramble to find another place within three days. The manager talked in circles and believes this venue is in reasonable shape to have a wedding. It is not. Even without the rain. Please, do not support.

Venue speaks for itself. Beth was pretty awful to deal with. The house that the bride gets ready in was filthy on the day of the wedding, mold in wine glasses. Venue ended up charging us $250 because 5 more cars were parked than allowed and a vendor dented a tree... offered no apology or money for the dirty house for bride. Beth is rude and not great to work with. There was also an RV camping there and other people parking not apart of the wedding on our day. The venue is awesome, the people that work there are not great.

Went today for the first for a B-day party . What a hidden gem . Didn't even know the place existed until a few weeks ago . Great indoor and out door skate park . Great ramps . I had as much fun as the the kids . Will definitely make this a regular destination.

We absolutely love working at this venue. It offers a variety of locations from the stunning bluffs to the different greenhouse options. There is truly something for everyone here. The many locations offer plenty of room for a large party or for a small intimate guest count. The sweeping bluffs location is unparalleled to anything else quite like it in SB. The grand greenhouse is the perfect backdrop to transform into anything your heart desires- substantial hanging installations, stages for a large band, dessert and bar activations you dream it and it's possible here at DP Orchid Farm!
