Runaround about rental after all checked in. Said we’d have to wait an hour. Ridiculous but courteous service. Got car quicker after talking to manager. Terrible lines to exit.

If you want to get in contact with someone over the phone DON’T rent here. I’ve gone through every prompt and it’s all automated. How is it not possible to get a hold of them for a simple question. “Customer service” isn’t even an option! I will not be using them.

Never ever in my whole life hade such a hard time getting in contact with the rental. Very unprofessional customer support and a lot of hidden fees.
