Had some shirts repaired for holes/tears and they kind of did a sloppy job. Brought back a shirt because they forgot to stitch it up and they were acting confused even when it had a strip of tape on the location that needed repair. Went multiple times the first round to pick up and my orders weren’t ready, so already an inconvenience. I tried to give a chance but won’t be bringing for repairs.

Alright. I did not want to do this but here we go.
Charlie the owner came to my store to do his dry cleaning. as many drop stores in Covina, Glendora areas do, when they are at the pinch, and I don't reject. I only try to help the dry cleaning community. However, the problem was he brought the garments from the contaminated batch from his wholesalers to me without telling me the full story.
First, Charlie does not know the basic things about dry cleaning and the way hydro-carbon solvent works. I'm not writing this to bore you with details but it is critical for you the operator to know how the still cooks and separates the solvent from the water. How the bacteria can grow within hydrocarbon solvent when maintained poorly.
His own customer came to me to get his suits cleaned saying his suits smells. (I dry cleaned this garments for Charlie) then I knew it was contaminated. later I called Charlie's wholesaler to confirm that indeed, his machine and his hydrocarbon was contaminated.
So, I did next logical step and cleaned out my own hydrocarbon so mine won't get contaminated. Cost me more than 500 dollars to do so.
Charlie had audacity to tell me to bill his wholesaler the cost of my cleaning. he said he had nothing to do with this and it was not his fault.
So, being friendly and only trying to help out the fellow dry cleaners, I got duped by the very person I was trying to help.
So, if he treats the person who was trying to help him this way. I can only imagine how he treated his own customers.
Charlie, honestly, you should stick to pool cleaning. Stay away from dry cleaning industry.

I don't usually write reviews, but I want to point out how Very honest this company is. I Dropped off a pair of pants and my husband left money in the pocket. The cleaners called us right away to notify us about it. We were so pleased of the honesty and how loyal the Company is with their customers. We will continue to come here not just for great customer service but for also the great work they do with the garments.

I have been coming to this location for multiple alterations and dry cleaning and it is perfect every time. Recently, i brought in an item that had a "do not dry clean" tag on it, and it had grease stains that I could not get out with a tide pen, zout spray or regular detergent. The owner told me that she would try her best, and she was able to remove the stains for me without having to dry clean it. Great service, friendly, and fast!

Simply the Best cleaners ever! My family and I have been coming for years ! Will never go anywhere else! We absolutely love the staff as well , Mrs. Rita & Mrs Silva are the best ! Very professional, always goes the extra mile no matter what ! We moved and we still come to S. Grand Cleaners! They have never ever let us down! Even during darn covid . ??

I took 3 suits to this place, and the service was amazing! They really care about the customers at this location, and will make sure satisfaction is met. My suits were done perfectly, and in a timely manner as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I took in my two hoodies that I’ve tried washing my self two times already and when I took them in they told me it’ll be hard to get the spots out because I had already washed them ! Well surprise surprise when I went to pick them up all the spots were completely gone and hoodies looked brand new ! Thank you to S grand cleaners for the great work and the amazing service and honesty ! Would 100% recommend them to anyone !

The people nice, but I had several t shirts and shirt hemmed and the stitching with not straight, done poorly and did not follow the natural curve of the shirts hemmed. Would not recommend on expensive items.

A friend recommended S. Grand Cleaners to me. I have used their service three times, and have been very pleased with the quality of cleaning, especially the ironing. My shirt collars are much better than my previous cleaner, with no wrinkles. I also like that they text to remind you that the clothes are ready. Great location. My new go-to cleaner!!

The short black haired woman attending is very rude, did not greet me, did not acknowledge me, did not say a single word to me until I spoke to her. She was very unpleasant. She handed me the ticket and said nothing. I had to ask her what day it would be ready as i'm not familiar with dry cleaning. Took longer than expected as well.. and higher cost than I assumed based on previous dry cleanings. When I picked up, it was the same scenario, not greeted nor acknowledged, i felt this was weird so I tested her and stayed quiet as well, she didn't speak to me at allll, UNTIL she whispered that there was a 1$ charge for using any card... i had her repeat it because i couldn't hear her & she used a low voice again.. makes sense as this is ILLEGAL. She than handed me my receipt & said nothing, didnt even hand me my coats, just left them on the hanger and walked away. I find this nasty attitude disgusting and unnecessary. I will not be returning & i would recommend anyone to stay away from this establishment. There is an abundance of dry cleaning businesses & there is ZERO reason to continue coming here and tolerate being treated like dirt. Nasty.

I had scheduled photos for my daughter and day of decided I wanted her dress hemmed shorter. I took the dress to two different dry cleaners who told me they couldn't even press the wrinkles from the dress in two hours. I called S Grand Cleaners and they apparently can accomplish the impossible! Not only did they press her dress, but they hemmed it for me all in under two hours (for a very reasonable price too). Can not recommend enough.
