I absolutely LOVE this place! After getting married this past August, I wanted to dry clean my wedding dress and preserve it. I called several places and National had the best price. When I got there, Maria was so sweet and so nice. She did an excellent job cleaning the dress, especially the bottom train, which was covered in dirt from walking around taking pictures. I knew that my dress would be boxed, but I didn't expect such a beautiful box and for my dress to look so beautifully placed inside. Maria is very sweet, kind, patient, and meticulous. If anyone is looking for a place to dry clean and preserve their dress forever, this is the best place around! She also does dress alterations. If I had known that earlier, I totally would've gone to her! Thank you so much Maria for doing an exceptional job with my dress! I'm soooo impressed!!!!

Maria and everyone here were very kind and responsive so this is nothing against her. I took my wedding dress in to get altered. The dress didn't need much besides length and it was a little large in the chest. She suggested altering the straps to fix the chest. This didn't make sense to me but I trusted her. I went to do my try on and expressed that it was still too big in the chest. Like a very large gap was there. And it was too tight and up into my armpits from her taking in the straps. She suggested taping the dress down and filling in with a bra. I wanted a wedding dress that fit my body and not have to stuff my bra or tape it down. I'm very disappointed and don't even look forward to wearing my dress at this point.

Maria is truly the best. She did alterations and modifications to my bridal dress and did a phenomenal job. Maria was detailed, efficient, professional, caring and very knowledgeable. Her work was truly the best and reasonably priced. She also helped with my daughters dresses and needs. I am so glad we found them. We will be coming here for all our cleaning and alterations.

Dry cleaners in my area doesn't have good reviews so I drive a little further to get my clothes cleaned. The last time I came here I brought in several article of clothings to be dry cleaned, and a pair of jeans to be altered. There was no issue with the dry cleaning, the issue was with the alterations. The jeans I brought in is loose so I wanted to bring it in at the waist. I mentioned to Maria that I didn't want it to be too tight. She measured and pinned the jeans and I trusted her to get it done correctly. I noticed that there were other customers that day and they all wanted their items done quickly, so I told Maria to take her time on my clothes, that it was no rush. Past forward to a few weeks, I came in to pick up my clothes. The pair of jeans I brought in was completely crooked. The stitches on it was done so unprofessionally that it left me really confused. How was that passable in her eyes? When she asked me how it looked, I told her it's crooked at the lining on the back and it sticks out funny. All she said was she will get it fixed. No explanation, no apology. At that point I really should have just taken the jeans somewhere else but I wanted to give her another chance. Before I left, I even point out the stitching is very awkward. She even confirmed and said it's going to be fixed too, once she align the back correctly. So she does know that her work has issues. A week later I came back for it and now the back area is aligned, but the top is now misaligned. The stitching is fixed. It's just it's not as bad as before. At this point I'm extremely tired and frustrated, I just paid and decided to leave. I'm annoyed that she didn't take responsibility for her mistake, and instead wait for me to say something. And her lack of consideration that yes, you can fix it, but you are also wasting my time. I have to keep coming back to adjust the alteration. And lastly, my $80 pair of jeans is ruined. It's extremely tight around my waist and in addition I had to pay for the terrible work on it. Definitely will be bringing my business elsewhere. Just keep in mind that if you bring your jeans here for repair, it might not get done right.

Came here in need of dry cleaning for a polyester/satin dress that stains quite easily (with water or any other moisture).The employee who greeted me let me know that they may need to do 2 treatments on the dress due to the staining (no additional charge), but I could drop by after the first treatment to take a look. I dropped the dress off on a Tuesday (with the hopes that it'd be ready by Friday (for a Saturday wedding). Thankfully, the first treatment was successful and the dress was ready by Friday. Price: I paid $15.60 for my midi-length hi low dress. I was a bit surprised at the price and I was initially quoted $11.50 over the phone, but either way the final price felt decent based on quotes that other dry cleaners were giving me. I'd definitely recommend National Cleaners for friendly, prompt service at affordable prices.

My wife and I come here for alterations and dry cleaning. The gentleman is diligent and understanding. I once had an argument him and we both came to an agreement. I brought my wedding dress here to get it professional cleaned again because the first location I went to did a horrible job. I told the owner that I had it dry cleaned before and that there was still a lot of dirt/ makeup on it. She told me she was sure she can get off all the dirt and she sure did! I am so happy I went to nationals cleaner and I wish I brought my dress here in the first place. The price was reasonable and she also help stitch up holes I had at the very bottom of my dress. She took such good care of it and I would highly recommend this place! I'm so happy with the outcome :)

I took a higher end comforter here for dry cleaning. The quality is impeccable, great service and the pricing is reasonable for the work being done. I don't have a regular need for dry cleaning and laundry service, but when I do- I'll definitely be back!

Had a bridesmaid dress steamed here about a month ago- staff was nice and helpful. The only thing I wasn't happy with was they told me my dress would be done on Thursday and the latest would be Friday. I went to pick it up probably around 4/5p that Friday and they apologize and tell me it's not ready. I understand that they're busy I would have appreciated a call letting me know it wasn't ready as opposed to driving there and being told to come back another day to pick it up. I also inquired about getting a wedding dress preserved (which they said they do) and I was told a price. Only to find out from a friend (who also inquired about this service) that they don't actually preserve the dress. They will clean it and box it but it isn't preserved and the dress would still discolor because it's just put in a display box and it is not sealed.

Love coming here this is a great dry cleaning service Theresa and marco provide excellent customer service. Theresa is excellent seemstress if you're ever looking for any alterations or sewing done she is who you should come to.. Highly recommend this place thank you .
