I wish I could give no stars!! Do not use their pharmacy or buy their Extra Care Plus plan. I bought the Extra Care Plus to use the convenient ship my prescription to my home option. The post office lost my package and CVS is not wanting to take any responsibility for it. Alona and Diane at this store are so unhelpful and rude. I now have no medication and am waiting for a response from their district manager. They want to use my next refill and charge me another co-pay. Run-don't walk away from this place!!!!

The service in the pharmacy is awful. I was told to wait in line for10 minutes I did yet they took another person that walked up and made me wait another 11minutes until I was able to drop off my prescription to get filled. I was told by Alanna that I will have another 20-30 minutes to have ear drops and an antibiotic to be filled. So overall my actual wait time is over an hour with 30 minutes of standing in line when I was the first person here in line before they even opened. So disappointed with the service. The only bright light is the lady named Dana who was so kind to me understanding the wait I went through. I thanked her and wished her a happy holiday.

Why are people giving a 3.7 review to CVS?FU - CVS. I am out.This is the worst pharmacy to reach on phone and speak with someone. I am selling my CVS shares too. GO TO DOGS.

I forgot my migraine meds and was here visiting my mom and sister. I called the pharmacy and they had it ready in less than an hour!! Amazing!

Pharmacy hours are very limited, and always changing. Apathetic worthless staff. It looks like this location is in the process of closing. The other stores in that shopping center already have.

Welcome to what's appears as "you're only a number pharmacy.". I've been waiting for a prescription refill, but the only update is "Your prescription is in process.". When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it might be 3-4 weeks. This is not a prescription that I can simply stop without concequences. There was no update, no courtesy calls...NOTHING. I asked to speak to the the pharmacy manager (I've called three times and they are simply MIA with no return call). Simply put, they've hung me out to dry and I guess they'll just erase my number. If you want a place that you feel cares about your health, based on my experience, this is NOT it.

Complacent and incapable employees, especially cashier named Sonia.Made a line of customers wait for at least 5 min without any sense of urgency even when she saw all the people. Didn’t bother to apologize or even greet anyone but had the audacity to rush me to press buttons on the keypad.It’s pathetic that an adult can’t even do the bare minimum for a low skill job position.

I always have such a wonderful experience at this cvs, both pharmacy as well as the rest of the store. This has been my go-to pharmacy for my fiancé’s medication that is crucial to his health for years now, and I feel the whole staff in this pharmacy take this very seriously and always make a point to make sure he gets his prescription on time. If it’s not there; they have no problem calling his doctor to make sure it gets there and always makes sure we get the most cost-efficient price with our insurance. And for that I can’t thank them enough! The staff throughout the rest of the store are always very friendly with me and I always get service in a timely manner. The store itself is always clean and organized. I highly recommend this store.

I have been getting my aunties prescriptions from here for over a year. We moved recently and requested they transfer the reoccurring prescriptions to the new location pharmacy and they requested an address which I provided. They actually said that their company pharmacy address that I provided didn't exist. Isn't that funny because I'm standing here at the pharmacy address I gave them. The pharmacist I spoke to at new address said they probably did it because they don't want to transfer the prescriptions. We're talking about someone's life here people. Get your prescriptions elsewhere

I went into the store today around 11am, and experienced the worst customer service at this location. I live 2 blocks from here and I've never had a reason to write a bad Yelp review until today. I was "helped" out by a lady named Olivia and she shows very poor customer service. She's rude, unwelcoming, and puts a bad look on the company. She would cut me off before I even finish a sentence and she would do it with attitude. Horrible look for that store.

I had a very bad pain in my leg that I couldn't stand on my feet for a long time and I told the cashier named Sonya that I was in pain but she didn't care at all and kept me waiting. I fell down and cried for more than ten minutes... this is not good

I HATE dealing with this pharmacy! Why is it that GoodRX offers a coupon for my exact prescription but the pharmacist just “won’t accept it”?! Ya! The helper has to ask the pharmacist every time if they “feel like” accepting a GoodRX coupon or not. The pharmacist has yet to say yes and help me out! Why won’t he/she?! Why not HELP your RETURNING CUSTOMERS save a good amount of money?! Especially during these extremely tough times!!! It’s wrong and it makes me wonder if they are pocketing the money I should have saved on my very expensive prescription by charging me full price then later going back and accepting the coupon. Idk.Plus when you ask them to ya know do their job and call your doctor because your prescription hasn’t been called in yet, you’re almost out of your medication and it’s been 3 days since it should have been called in by your doctor… THEY DON’T BOTHER! And trust me I’ve tried to get my prescription filled at a different pharmacy but cvs is the only pharmacy around me that carries the brand of my prescription that I use. It’s a nightmare and I hate it!
