Nobody answers the phone for a very loooong time. Do not call or use this pharmacy. Very poor service. Go somewhere else who cares for you.

Terrible customer service. I too used Azusa CVS and was transferred here. The pharmacy has terrible customer service and I have been at several other CVS and this is the worst one and I am considering moving to either Walmart or walgreens. Also no driving thru.

I turned in a prescription for my son and was told it would be an hour to fill, and it would be ready at 11:30. No problem, I go run errands and I come back at 12:00, 30 minutes after I was told to return. I waited in the long line only to be told it wasn't ready and it would be 25 more minutes. In hindsight, I should have just said ok, but I was frustrated that it was still not ready. How hard is it to count out 30 pills... with a machine that does it?! Seriously, it isn't a special formulation or anything. I am sitting there watching the pharmacist stare at a screen for 20 minutes. She is moving SO slow. Jeez Louise. Look, I can handle waiting. But I have arranged my schedule and my day around their time frame. If it is going to be 2 hours, cool, tell me 2 hours. No one wants to be told an hour and then have to wait another hour. So, after 2 hours, my prescription was finally ready, and I was asked to stand in line AGAIN. I get up to the register, and now they want my ID. After 3 years of giving my son this medicine, I have never been carded one time for pick up. I go to show her my phone wallet ID (THAT WORKS AT THE AIRPORT!), and she won't take it. I ask (admittedly with a bad word and attitude) why I need an ID for my son's medication, and she says, with eyeroll and attitude, "It is a narcodic." O.K. gatekeeper, I just want to leave this god forsaken store. But nooooo, I am at her mercy because my child needs that medicine...I have to go to my car and get my ID and get back in line and wait AGAIN, third time's a charm I hope. I was upset and frustrated, and instead of, "I know it frustrating," or "thank you for going to get that," zI was met with high voiced condensation like I am a 3 year old. Next, as she tried to explain to me the rules (since I am new to her store), I told her to stop, and I would not be back. I'm just a mom, trying to get her kid his meds. I am not a criminal with a drug addiction out trying to make Meth with 30 pills for a 10 year old. CVS... good luck. I am OUT. This is ridiculous. I feel like you can waste your energy on more important things.

I was transferred to this pharmacy in Glendora when the Azusa store closed. I used the Azusa store because it was Union and the Pharmacy staff had the best customer service and cared for everyone. Called you by your name and always stayed on top of things. If something was OTC. They would get it for you if it was written as a Prescription. At the Glendora location here in Foothill are rude and refuse to take care of OTC! Maybe two girls there smile and all the rest need to learn customer service from the manager that was there this evening Friday December 29th at around 5:30 pm At the checkout the young man that was working was trying to get people to use self checkout this isn't the first time having issues with this store! Customer service is very important to me. Work on it.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! The CVS store itself is great and they have everything you can think of. But, the little 12 year old girl pharmacist is on a MAJOR POWER TRIP!! I'll make this long story short. First, she wouldn't fill a prescription that was supposed to be free. She gave an invalid reason. Then, she said she would fill it, but only at full price. This is crazy! Why can't people do their jobs right anymore? Don't trust pharmacists who look like they can be in middle school!

This is for the RUDE little, young pharmacist. I used to come to this pharmacy all the time. I will not be coming here anymore. She is incompetent, extremely rude, and extremely inexperienced. I wouldn't trust these people to fill your prescriptions correctly. The pharmacist that I saw was on a power trip and didn't want to help! Plus, they are as slow as molasses there!

I am changing my review to five stars from the original one star I had previously posted. I recently received a phone call from the District leader, Jessalynn Nguyen about my concern. Jessalynn listened to my concern, took it serious and apologized about my bad experience. She was extremely nice and understanding, which was all I wanted. Thank you for the phone call.

This is the best experience I have had at a CVS. Sue, the manager, is so helpful and friendly and keeps her store well stocked. I was shopping for makeup and she introduced me to another lady there named Bernadette. Bernadette specializes in makeup and she was also so helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and even showed me how to apply the makeup I bought from her recommendations.I give Sue and Bernadette five stars!

I was picking up my mothers prescription and the checker failed to use my mother's insurance. She then proceeded to move me to another window and was told to sit and wait five minutes while they fixed the error. Ten minutes later I asked another woman who was supposed to be handling it said oh the orders ready and says go and wait at the register. Three customers later I again ask what's going on. I finally get to the register and that clerk had search for the prescription. Long story short I won't be returning to this store.

They ignored me me in the waiting room and went to lunch. Maybe don’t have your back turned to the wait area and actually acknowledge people as human beings.

Welcome to what's appears as "you're only a number pharmacy.". I've been waiting for a prescription refill, but the only update is "Your prescription is in process.".When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it might be 3-4 weeks. I subsequently discover the y are out of the medication. This is not a prescription that I can simply stop without concequences. There was no update, no courtesy calls...NOTHING. I asked to speak to the the pharmacy manager (I've called three times and they are simply MIA with no return call).Simply put, they've hung me out to dry and I guess they'll just erase my number. If you want a place that you feel cares about your health, based on my experience, this is NOT it.

I had a someone following me and my baby at this cvs today, i thought the person might have been a secret shopper, but the more I paid attention the more I realized the woman wasn't a secret shopper and I started to panic. I went to the register and discreetly told the cashier that I have been getting followed by this lady and she reassured me that they didn't have a secret shopper at the moment and they will take care of this situation right now. She immediately spotted the lady standing close to the exit as I was describing her and she got her store manager to come out on the spot. As soon as the manager came out she also told her I said I didn't feel comfortable leaving alone and they quickly called someone to come out and walk me and my baby to my car. I just really want to thank the staff for acting so quick as soon as I said something and took care of us. I was absolutely shaken and went into a panic attack in the parking lot but kacey was so sweet to walk me to my car and stayed there until I put my baby in her car seat and I was sitting inside. I wish I remembered the name of the cashier and the store manager to thank them as well. Thank you so much.
