I was seven days late with my payment. I work full time plus very busy. I have been been few days late in the past. But, I always payoff before the due date. This time, Citibank you called several times demanding payment of $29 immediately! I always pay way more than that amout. I will continue to pay as timely as possible plus payoff way before deadline, as always. But, your greediness is over the top. I returned merchandise and was told I would receive my refund in 15 days for a 3rd party return! Shame on you Citibank. Intimidate customers for being late then take your time refunding! How dare you. This smacks of "A Wonderful Life."

Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. Went in to cash a check drawn from Citibank and they would not cash it because it was a joint check, even though we were both present with valid identification. The said I'd have to open an account, so I agreed. They said you can't have cash, I said ok, deposit it. Then they said I'd have to make an appointment and it will be at least a week. I almost called them on it, but I decided I never wanted to step foot in that place again. I said you can verify funds, it was a company check from a large US corporation, they said that they were unable to verify funds from a Citibank account that the check was drawn from, it was a small check too btw. Don't waste your time here if you ever find yourself in this situation.

Slow lazy. Give wrong information... sat there for 10 min nobody even ask if I need help. All sitting around doing nothing.

This is the worst bank ever. If you want to speak to someone at the branch you have to go in. I was told by the manager that they do not answer the phones if they have customers. Not true. I was there saw some employees without customers. There phones are turned down so they can't hear it ring. I'm only there for the CD rate. I'll take it out when it matures and be on my merry way. No way will I give them any other business.

This is the absolute worst bank and branch. They are useless and cannot help anyone with anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. FInd another branch or bank to do business with

Apparently you can only open an account by appointment so I was told my an older lady with curly hair! I think she must have been the manager on duty since she came out of the office. I will never visit this branch again.

This is worst bank. They steal your money, close account and loose it for years. Ugly manager has nerve to show in court and not admit it. Lies is all they do. Don't open account here for a week. They still try to steal.

I am beyond surprised at the service at this location from Benny. I walked in ready to open a checking account and was told that he's going on vacation so it'll atleast 2 weeks to get an update. I was not in a hurry to open up the checking account, but the fact that I depended only on one person for a business checking account made me feel very uneasy. I asked if there was anyone else who can help and he said there's no one else. This is Citibank!!! Only 1 person has access to my account?? This is not very promising!!!

I usually do my deposits through the ATM, but decided to go inside the branch. The decor is outdated, but the customer service was great! My daughter had her bday crown on and the manager gave her treat and said Happy Birthday! overall great service, way better than Bank of America.

Unfortunately Chase or Morgan Stanley whatever it is is it okay bank they do what I need. I've had my Wells Fargo they announced 30 years blah blah blah great to have you as a customer keep your money, that's great. App for some reason I have had so much trouble since my introduction to my Citibank account which unfortunately is linked to my responsibilities watching over my mentally ill sister as I am her representative and the money is direct deposit.

So I decided to come in today and open a bank account and the moment I opened the door , Benny stood up from across the room and greeted me and instantly sat me down asked what I was here for and got straight to work ! Man was I happy , I didn't even have to wait he said usually it's by appointment but today he said basically "I got you" lol they weren't that busy neither that was a Plus . He as well offered if I wanted to open up a credit line I already have a credit card but today I guess I'll take a chance on it . He set me up with a temporary card as well today which was Clutch most banks from what I heard make you wait for your card in the mail . He helped me setup my online account as well as my zelle thanks a lot this the only one I'll be coming to !
