I am a long time Wells Fargo Customer. One thing I like about Wells Fargo they have enough cashiers to get customers in and out in a timely manner. The paved parking area is of ample size to accommodate all of us. The employees are always courteous and efficient

A long line everyime I come in here. Tried to get a cashiers check and they didn't have a "banker" that day. Said I needed an appointment.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for years. Each time that I come in they find some reason to waste my time. No wonder they have bad reviews.

Five stars if they had a drive-thru. Very helpful and friendly staff but the ATMs are indoors. The problem with this is I have been locked out a couple of times in the early morning. I did call and they said they would double check to make sure the doors are open and the card scanner lock is operable. I have not had a problem since and hopefully it stays that way. The size of the property probably makes a drive-thru impossible but maybe if they had one of the ATMs outside. Once again the staff is great, they didn't design the bank! Another plus is seeing the local sheriffs parked close by a couple of times in the early morning. Nice to have a Wells Fargo closer to home.

Tujunga CA on Foothill: Staff could not be more careless and without knowledge! Manager is not proactive to come and help customer but walk and pass. Not helping new hires either. Not helpful. This branch used to be (10 years ago) a busy local bank with excellent customer service. It's a shame to see poor management has brought it to this poor level. I stopped going to this branch just like many other local customers. Sad!

They Didn't want to cash my payroll check that I've been cashing biweekly for over a year at all other Wells Fargo. The check has their name . With 3 different types of identification.. They had their own bs reason. Not Recommended

Today, I was in this location & Christine Tsarukyan helped me out. Her professionalism had a big impact on me. She was the most patient & polite employee that I've ever had a chance to meet. I hope Wells Fargo knows about its valuable employees... I already called customer service & I'll hope they will recognize her...We need more employees like her everywhere...

7 people in line which runs all the way to outside. And only 2 tellers working. At least air conditioning worked

Even one star is a lot to this location. I called in the morning to make an appointment they said to call later because all employees are not in yet(10am). Then I called at 2 but the person who was helping me on the phone wasn't educated enough to help me. She hangs up the phone on me while I was talking , when I called again she said don't come to branch today and come another time. Are you guys playing a game with clients? Lisa didn't help me at all she didn't even give me opinion for another time. Why you guys do business with this kind of people?!
