The entire experience was top-notch. Prepare to wait. The PA, who I assume was the nurse or practicing PA, which I don't mind. They show empathy and compassion for PTs. I worked in clinics and at hospitals. The front desk ladies were exceptionally professional and pleasant. I recommend.

This is a long overdue review but I can’t let Dr. Momjian’s amazing work go unnoticed.I’m not sure how the below referenced reviews have anything to do with the level of service offered both by the staff & doctor at this place, however, I experienced nothing but the upmost care during my time here. I woke up one day completely unable to use or bend my left arm. I rushed to Adventist ER and after hours of waiting there all they did was an X-ray & gave me anti inflammatory injection while they tried bending my arm into a sling causing me even more pain & swelling. I left the ER still completely unable to use my arm & actually left in even more pain than I came in with. I searched around & somehow came across Urgent 9. All I can say is THANK GOD for Dr. Momjian. After hours of being in excruciating pain and complete distress for the inability to use my left arm Dr. Momjian was the only one who actually helped me that day. He took my condition seriously and did everything in his power with his limited resources (vs an ER) to help diagnose me and see what was going on. He ran several tests and even conducted an ultrasound on my arm to rule out a blood clot. He prescribed me with medication that really helped with my pain and helped bring down the swelling in my hand until I could get an MRI done & see a specialist. I can go on and on about the experience I had that day but all I can say is that was & still is one of the scariest days of my life. To wake up completely disabled in your arm at 25 and go to an ER who couldn’t even diagnose you and caused you even more pain the only doctor that truly cared and took my condition seriously & even attempted to help me was Dr. Momjian. He went as far as following up with me the next day and a 2nd time a couple days after that to check in on me and my condition as he knew it was extremely rare. If I could do it all over again I’d never step foot in the ER & would go straight to Urgent 9. If you’re looking for a doctor who actually cares and uses his knowledge to help diagnose you vs just the step by step American healthcare system procedures then he is the one to see. It’s been over a year and I still suffer from this injury, however, luckily through several forms of treatment I’ve at least gotten my arm to work again. I’d also like to note this doctor was the ONLY one to examine my neck which ended up being the root of my injury. I’m forever grateful for everything Urgent 9 and Dr. Momjian did to help me and this country needs more doctors like him. Thank you again to the Urgent 9 Team I will never forget all that you did for me & will forever refer all my family and friends to you!??

The best urgent care in the Los Angeles County, I am glad we have this clinic in the city of Glendale,, great staff, excellent service, my life was saved because of this place. I thank everyone from the doctors to nurses to all the staff.

I love this Urgent Care from the friendly, passionate staff to the most exceptional, kind, knowledgeable - Dr. Momjian.I have never seen an Urgent Care have so much access to everything : From doing labs and getting the results right then and there. To having a CT Scan machine and also getting the results right then and there to an Ultrasound Tech!!!Myself, My Mother and my siblings will not go to another urgent care other than Urgent 9.The Dr even takes his time to talk to you on the phone if you have any further questions after the visit!Exceptional !Thank you Urgent 9! Couldn’t be happier with your service.

This is one of the worst drs offices I have ever been to. I have never walked out of an office until this one.Other patient’s info was on the computer in my room. I tried not looking as much as possible but the computer was facing me and I waited 30 mins to see the dr.I consented to a medical student being in the room. But then 2 students came in… it was just too much to have two but I didn’t complain, They evaluated me. Then the dr walked in and asked me some questions. When I started talking he said “yah. I think we alll heard your story!” Ok like then stop asking me? He was very rude the whole time. they all walked out of the room and I could hear them talking about me in an unprofessional way…. Like “she’s just depressed and a hypochondriac.”The dr okayed a CT scan of my lungs even though he was sure to make comments to me like, “you should just go and live your life and stop worrying” (covid long haul here). Anyway I just walked out. Don’t come here if you want to be treated decent. Btw… I could not have been nicer to this dr. I know some reviews the patient can be screaming or something but I was sooo nice despite being in a lot of pain and being told it was all in my head.

They should take the word “Care” out of their name. Took my 90-year-old mother for evaluation with covid symptoms just to learn that they don't provide care for covid patients. Spoke to them 3 times before getting there and nobody bothered to mentioned that. We asked to make an exception but was turned away. Poor old woman left brokenhearted. Their flashy adds should mention that people are aware and don't waste time going there and get charged for a test without any treatment whatsoever. Ridiculous.I wonder what The Joint Commission Ambulatory Accreditation Program has to say about these practices.

Been here half a dozen times in the last five years by far the best urgent care because it's operated by the same doctor that owns the place as opposed to some corporation. Basically everyone is on the ball that's all you want when you go to a place like this.

As a fellow physician, I have practiced in numerous facilities and can attest that Urgent 9 is of the highest quality. I trust Dr Momjian with my family; he has cared for my brother and my children. I also send my patients who need urgent services to Urgent 9 because of the high quality of care. This urgent care is by far one of the best urgent care facilities in the nation.

Had a great experience here. Doctor and nurses were very thorough, took plenty of time to talk with me. Did blood and urine tests which they analyzed immediately and reviewed with me just a few minutes later. Will come back again.

Very unprofessional!!! My husband took an appointment to see the doctor; however the doctor was not there. They suggested he can be seen by the assistant who is not MD and amateur. I won’t recommend this place. Try another urgent care.

I went to this urgent care for the first time. The nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and caring with friendly attitudes. I was so sick and in pain My kidney stone moved and caused a lot of pain. They did everything even though they were contacted with my urology doctor and informed them of my situation. They make sure that I'll see my doctor the next day. I never had such an experience with other urgent care. Usually, they send you to ER without trying anything. I'm appreciate all of you urgent 9 urgent care Leila

My elderly mother just got turned away at that place. They are making patients take COVID test to be seen. Really? Even a child now days knows that you can have no simptoms, test negative and still be contagious if you unknowingly contracted the virus. I have disclosed that my mom got COVID a month ago and had a verification ( test results with dates) and still they turned an 83 year old unwell woman away. They talked to me through the door.. unbelievable.. I have never seen anything like this. Glendale Urgent Care is seeing patients regardless. Why is that? No wonder Urgent 9 is always empty... they lack compassion and should not be allowed to provide medical care..

Not sure about the doctor's knowledge and experience but when I called to see if they have a short wait time for a visit, the receptionist asked if I have an insurance I said yes PPO Anthem but she said we don't accept your insurance, you can pay cash $$ for covid test and $$$ for the visit; it was my first time hearing that an urgent care don't take PPO insurance.
