Walked in was acknoleged and greeted immediately. Told the rep what we were there for, shared some of the troubles we had with other T-mobile stores and what we needed. Without any hesitations they gave us great information on upgrades great deals and great customer service. They were patient and had GREAT ATTITUDES!! I must say I've never walked out of a store more satisfied than today! Thank you to Erick and Chris. Please keep up the great work!!

Don’t go in this store, Erick will sell you accessories and services that you didn’t ask for saying they are free, and then you will have to call every month for T-mobile to remove them from your bill. T-mobile should check that out, but I'm more likely to switch to a company that is more truthful with its customers. It’s ease for you guys to say “I apologize” When you know you're cheating

SALESMAN ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AT THIS LOCATION - Avoid this location in the Glendale Galleria Mall. I went in for Black Friday to purchase 2 new phones. The sales person said, "We have a gift for you, it's our Holiday Bundle." She said we would get a free case and screen protector with each new phone. I chose the "gift" accessories and then went over the monthly charges with the sales person. She wrote down the monthly charges, 180$/monthly with auto pay. I said great and paid the balance due for the new phones and went home. Then my bill comes and what do I see? The "free holiday bundle" is actually a monthly charge (accessories cost $180.00). I called manager, Christopher, and he proceeded to tell me his associates would never say it was free and that it was my fault for not paying attention. I don't know Christopher, when someone says something is a gift and you ask them, "are these free?" and they say "yes, they are free" that usually indicates you won't be charged. After I continued to complain, Christopher said he would check with his district manager to see if they could take the charges off. He promised he would call me back. Of course, he didn't. Thankfully, TMobil's customer service was very helpful and they ended up taking the charges off my bill, after I explained the situation. I actually like TMobil, but this Glendale location is full of a bunch of liars. The manager's behavior is truly disgusting. Avoid this store.

***BEWARE SALESMAN WILL ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICE WITH OUT CONSENT*** Salespeople, Drew and a manager, added items to my phone order they kept convincing me were free as a part of a holiday promotion. They deliberately did not give me a receipt so I couldn't discover the charges were on there. As a bonus, the phone wasn't set up properly and I had to go to the Atwater location to have it set up (another hour and a half). Don't bother trying to fight them. Just do your business with T-Mobile over the phone - they're responsive, helpful, and won't sneak charges.

I’m utterly dismayed by my recent experience at this T-Mobile store. Despite having phones in stock, they outright refused to sell one to me. The manager, Justin, along with another representative, displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism and what I perceived as racist behavior. It’s disheartening and unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this store. Customers deserve respect and fair treatment, which this location fails to provide.

Today, I walk in by T-Mobile store at Glendale Galleria Ca USA and immediately got the attention of the tech team working there, I spoke with one of them, Erick took my questions right at the moment and handle them one by one. No only verbally but he took action to download, testing text sent to his phone and so on. No only that since the way he is so helpful to me that ask him other questions I have in mind too ..Very Professional in deed.Thank you very much Erick!MarioA happy customer.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile location. The staff was friendly, especially Chris. He was accommodating, helping me find the perfect phone and plan for my needs. The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse and compare options. Overall, it was a positive and efficient visit.

Worst office.On September 7, I came to apply for a third SIM card. For some reason, an employee named Jose gave me 3 SIM cards instead of one, 2 of which had my number and my husband’s number. But Jose refused to serve me on principle unless I took their Wi-Fi router! He said it was free for 2 weeks and I could return it. That same evening I realized that the new SIM cards do not have mobile Internet. Jose just forgot to connect it to 3 SIM cards!In another office I returned the router. He also did not tell me the PIN code to log into my account.On September 20, I returned to the office because they told me over the phone that they could not remove the home Internet line. Another manager already said that he deleted everything.But on September 28, I log into my account to pay for SIM cards and see that home Internet is included in the bill. On September 29, a very rude employee in the office said that now everything had definitely been deleted. The woman didn’t let me say a word, she constantly interrupted me.There are incompetent people working in the office. They will not help you in any way and will only harm you.
