This company as a joke, ordered two bottles of King ginger I have the order receipt and the picture of what I ordered that they charged me for they sent me two of the wrong bottles. I called them and asked them if we could exchange them for the right bottles they told me basically no that I would have to contact customer service. Send pictures send order number which we did all of that and they still will not send me the right Ginger, I have called customer service. I have called the store. I have emailed I have done everything. They’ve asked me too, and they still are refusing to send me the right liquor. The most rudest men I’ve ever spoken to in customer service.

The cashier from this store in Glendale CA, is a rude person, with really bad acttitude, im a Latino man and i could feel the discrimination from him, i asked a couple questions and he was very rude to anwser me , the owner has to teach him how treat customers, he doesn't know what is a customer service is, the prices are affordable, best prices all around, a lot of liquors, very nice place, but after this incident for a second time, belive me i don't come back again.

I recently purchased two bottles of wine from their website. The shipping was very fast, even though one of the bottles was a pre-order. I called several times to inquire about the status of my pre-order, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I've ordered twice from Remedy liquor, There reputation it great, minus a few bad reviews. All I can say is, the shipping is faster then most, everything I've gotten has been well packaged, 100% real, and the prices are fantastic. They are my go to for bourbon. No one comes close to these guys! Thank you for being a great business! As a business owner myself, I know how tough it is to make people happy these days. Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely disgusting Customer service
We purchased vodka from them, which turned out to be fake and filled with WATER.
Instead of apologizing, they told us that it has nothing to do with them. It’s not their fault. It doesn’t matter to them that we’ve all been sick and that what they sold to us was not real. Then on top of that, they decided to tell us that we are wrong because we don’t know that vodka freezes, absolutely absurd! Standing there YELLING at us because how could he be in the wrong right?
Response to response: you wouldn’t stop talking for a minute to listen to us. Thats not how customer service works. You need to learn to be respectful to your clients rather than speak down to them. There is nothing we needed from you but a simple apology and to let us know that you will look into your own product and ensure you are buying from reliable vendors, and keeping your clients safety in mind. Not tell us to call the number on the bottle. It’s okay to take criticism and it’s necessary to be respectful. And there is no wrong information here my dear. This is a fact of what happened. And vodka doesn’t freeze in a freezer at 0 degrees, same freezer that had tequila in it which didn’t freeze and a belvedere vodka that didn’t freeze.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Reading all the other 1 star reviews it all makes sense how even the customer service team that deals with online orders is rude. Ordered two bottles, which both bottles in the image online shows they come with a box. Received my order to find out one of the bottles doesn't have a box. Contacted them and their reply was I "ignored" the disclaimer rather than reaching out and checking on this with them. I'm sorry I didn't know I needed to check with them when they are advertising a product that clearly shows a bottle with a box. By expecting a customer to call regarding a purchase, contradicts the convenience of online shopping. Again this isn't a $20 bottle, it's close to $100 and every bottle I've bought that's expensive always came with a box. Also this isn't a basic paper box hence the price of the bottle. I told them I will be posting a review and letting all the collector community know not to buy from them because you don't know if you're getting everything as advertised. Images are extremely important when shopping online because you're not seeing the product in person, customers heavily rely on the advertised photos when making an online purchase. Horrible service false advertising. Very ironic that after contacting them about the situation, they changed the pictures online, by doing this, they are admitting that I am right and they were, in fact, wrong. They made sure to mention that they will respond to my review "accordingly" instead of taking responsibility for their mistake.

I must admit: they have quite a selection. A friend recommended them and I went to buy champagne for my wife's birthday tomorrow. The service was rather meh - and the checkout guy was so rude and constantly on his phone that I was on the verge of leaving without the bottles - if it had not been for my wife's birthday, I would have for sure. Would I go again? Absolutely not.
