Great store, very helpful staff. I went to the one in Northridge but they were out of stock but they called Glendale for me and made sure it was in stock there. Thank you!

Decent selection and variety I went to purchase a dodgers jersey yesterday and asked the store manager to put the jersey on hold. When I returned 30 minutes later I was told by the employee working the register I could not purchase the jersey because the manager is on his 1 hour break. The employee running the register was new and was not allowed to make a sale without the manager. You tell me how that makes sense. Probably won't be back to this store :/

Trash. I purchased a can of 10 seconds water repellent and was charged $30. I looked it up online and the same can of spray retails for $9.99 through the manufacturers website. I looked at my receipt and the way the it was listed was a CAP ASST of $1 with a quantity of 30. When I asked the cashier about it he said that each can has about 30 sprays so that's how they came up with that number. What I gathered from that conversation was that I was being charged for a hat spraying service which was never actually performed. Now I know this particular item is only sold upon request so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was a quick fix solution for selling a product for which they don't have a SKU entered in their system but this whole ordeal (robbery) left a sour taste in my mouth and I personally will never step foot inside any Pro Image Sports franchise again.

Very poor quality items. Expensive and very poor costumer service. Just buy the same stuff online and avoid this lackluster selection in a poorly run store.

The good thing about Amazon, they're forcing retailers to price competitively. I bought a Green Bay Packers Tumbler as a Christmas gift from Pro Image and it was actually cheaper here than on Amazon. I'm going to buy alot of gifts this holiday, so I won't be writing as many reviews.

I have called dozens of times over the last two days about a specific item and the line is either busy or they don't pick up. I have actually been in there when the phone is just ringing off the hook. Horrible customer service, especially during peak sales on holidays. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

The older gentleman in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gear sold at this store. Had a good amount of NHL stuff if you're into it. Also has all the other major sports as well.

Customer Service was great especially from the worker Katherine. She was the absolute best and helped the whole time we were there ! She was super nice and super kind and she is hands down the best worker there !

Matthew the shift manager was so kind and very helpful we wanted to get our jersey customized and we forgot to add something so he called all these people for us to get it added on THANK U AGAIN MAT :)

Came here to get some sports wear for both Dodgers and Angels. The guys were super helpful. I had in mind a specific jersey and they didn't carry it, but it's okay... they just called the Arcadia location and had it delivered to this location the next day. Will definitely be back for more. Hat selection is great!

Came in to the store to buy a hat and Phelps the manager was completely rude as we were paying. Never coming to this store again. Worst customer service.
