5 stars isn’t even enough for Gary and his team at Pear Inc ! In a time where it is so incredibly difficult to find property that is charming, well maintained and loved, and managed to the highest point of professionalism, I was so lucky to have worked with Gary for my rental. Not only is he very communicative and attentive, but he is also a very and truly kind and pleasant person. Thank you Gary and Pear Inc !!

Pear Inc has been managing our duplex in Van Nuys for the last 6 months. One of our units was vacant and with this ongoing covid rent moratorium we were paranoid about finding a new tenant. Gary was great in guiding us in finding a new strong tenant, and thus far everything has been great. Recommend Gary 100%.

Pear Inc is a great property management service. Gary is a really professional and knowledgeable person who above all is pleasant to work with. He came highly recommended to us by a good friend of ours who had been using Pear Inc for 2 years at the time. It's been 6 months now and we haven't looked back!We were relocating to the UK and needed to rent out our home but the exact date was a moving target because we were waiting for our visas, etc. Gary was patient and generous with his time. From the outset, he was very transparent about his fees, process, and the rental laws in LA. He made us feel secure and comfortable leaving him with our home and confident with knowing the risks and benefits associated.I would recommend Gary to anyone who wants to rent out their home. He takes care of everything every step of the way from providing you rental comps, photographing and listing your property, vetting tenants, covering all of the contracts, and dealing with the day-to-day once the property is leased. There is nothing to do on our end except receive the checks and monthly reports, which is a relief considering the time difference between LA and London.Thank you Gary!

I consider myself picky when it comes to finding the property manager to manage our property. I am glad we found Gary. He is professional, honest, reliable and resourceful. He is very good at numbers and he knows what he is doing. He helped us rent out our property within about a week. So far we are very happy and I highly recommend Gary!

I have two units currently managed by Gary at Pear Inc. He took care of the whole process including listing the units for rent, doing showings, screening the applicants, and more. Any issues that come up with the tenants are taken care of right away. Gary is also very responsive and easy to work with. I am happy to have found Pear Inc and highly recommend them!

This review is long overdue - I worked with Gary to rent out my condo nearby Pasadena in Jun 2022 and would wholeheartedly recommend him for your property management needs. He really is a safe pair of hands. Let me break down why Gary should be your first choice:- He made me feel like his only customer; I really appreciated that he was super quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. This is definitely the most important aspect for any property management company you may be looking at.- He was very hands on through the process of finding a renter (e.g., actually meeting and showing the place to potential renters - this stood out to me since I had seen other property mgmt. companies simply put a lockbox on the door which just doesn't feel as safe)Overall, Gary provides peace of mind. So far, we love the renter that Gary found and I would definitely use his services again.

Great company, very professional, and very on time with funding and reporting. Pear Inc was referred to by my coworker and after our meeting I was very impressed with Gary and hired him to manage our duplex property in Arcadia. So far so good :-)
