The worst moving company ever.Wish I can put 0 stars but it doesn't let me post it.Hired them to do an out of country move and they are not even licence for it.I was out of the country and I couldn't be present, so PLEASE, if you hire this unreliable and dishonest company, be present when they move your belongings.They knew I needed to move my stuff internationally and they lied to me saying that they can do the job, but weren't capable to handle any of it.They never listed anything, which is what you are supposed to do when you move internationally..How do you go to the border without any list of items? Dumb!I was still charged a fortune to move within the same city.Fragile items weren't packed properly and several items were broke and lost.I also was missing a gold chain worth thousand of dollars, an expensive set of quality Japanese knives, an expensive shabby chic king size frame, a double bed frame completely broke, and a queen size bed missing frame and other parts, so useless now. Missing other items belonging to the kitchen and house in general. They lost pieces which I never got of course.I was told to trust this company that my stuff would be securely stored and protected.. That was far from the truth.I definitely don't recommend anyone hiring this company.THEY SUCKED!

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT from start to finish.Although we paid Noteworthy for insurance on all our possessions, they've repeatedly ignored our final claim for $801 for damages they clearly caused on our $12k (excluding storage) move from Los Angeles to Santa Fe, NM.It's been more than six months and still not even a response from them. Especially not from Mark R. -the owner - whom we've already reached out to directly several times.We trusted Noteworthy because of the level of service they provided to us on a prior move.That has proven to be A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE!A&J

Who steals from an senior citizen? Well, somebody on this crew certainly did. I eventually noticed a large box missing that contained sentimental items and clothing. Vastly disappointed with this experience and the young men who looked us in the eyes, whom we treated well and tipped well and still stole a box from my mother.

The most unprofessional experience. I cannot believe these positive reviews, as my move never even happened because of how I was treated. I was working with Chad to book my move. He is rude and aggressive. He is stressed out and takes it out on the customers. He interrupts and jumps to incorrect conclusions. He makes false accusations, and in the end he cancelled my move and hung up on me. I was accommodating HIS needs - working with dates for packing and moving that were not my first choice. He was also pressuring me against supposedly a "waitlist" for these dates. He constantly misunderstood what I was actually needing and moving, and I spent a lot of time explaining and re-explaining. I do have a complicated moving situation, but if he would listen rather than assume, it is not unclear. He sent me an agreement with a cancellation policy that was not relevant to my move as the time limit was already passed (given the tight timing of my move). I simply wanted to ask for a more accurate wording, and instead, he yelled at me and accused me of wanting to renege on the deal, etc. I also wanted to ask about insurance, but he hung up before I could get the words out of my mouth. I had my credit card in hand and called to give my number to make my deposit, but he accused me of not being ready to confirm - a total fabrication on his part. I wrote to the office twice, including the owner who claims "his word is his bond"; I left several follow up messages. Not a single person bothered to reply. Really disappointing and unnecessary to treat anyone the way I was treated, and so unprofessional not to even bother replying. Moving is so stressful - who needs this?

Noteworthy helped us plan our move by helping us figure out what we needed the day of the move. Chad was our contact and a true professional and a stellar company representative. The team that arrived the day of were great. Despite the miserable hot weather, they were all helpful and organized and good natured. Moving puts everyone in such a vulnerable state and of course, moving during Covid is another added level of stress, but their team really made a wonderful difference. My only regret, is that I wish we had thought ahead about where we wanted things unloaded and been more organized with the unloading of our stuff in the garage.

From the moment, I contacted Noteworthy Moving company, they exceeded all our expectations. Chad returned my call immediately, on a busy weekend, and handled the estimate quickly and managed all logistics, seamlessly. We had unique needs and he was extremely responsive and helpful. On move day, Guy was the foreman in charge on site, he and his move crew were very professional; they arrived a few minutes early, ready to set up, and were kind, very thorough and awesome. It was as smooth as a move could possibly be, even enjoyable! I can't thank Chad and Guy and his team enough for their kindness and professionalism. They made this move happen from first call, to last box! It was an absolute joy working with them all, thank you Noteworthy Movers! Definitely, recommending you to all my local friends! I have used them twice before for local moves in the L.A. area. They were recommended by my real estate agent. Both times they were great. Recently they moved me across the country. They great again. They came 3 times, first to give me an estimate, the second time to pick up my stuff, and the third to deliver it. They were on time all 3 times. Which is something that I really like. A couple times before the move I had to contact them with questions and they were always easy to reach, which is really nice these days. The crews (pick up and delivery were different) were efficient, friendly, and careful. I have some delicate stuff and they never broke anything. My sister-in-law is moving and we are recommending them to her personally. It is great to deal with a company that you can recommend without reservation.

Based on a recommendation by the residence's management, last Fall this company moved my mother-in-law's belongings from her assisted living apartment in Pasadena to our home in Fullerton. The experience was outstanding in every respect, from generously discounted senior pricing, to the attitude of all company staff and workers, to the handling and placement of her belongings in our home. I highly recommend this business. Would hire them again in a nanosecond if I ever need a mover in the future.

Wonderful movers. Just had a terrific experience with Noteworthy Moving Systems helping me move my office in Pasadena. They gave a more affordable bid than several other companies I contacted and the movers, David and Jeff, were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of securely packing up my furniture and supplies and did the whole move with maximum efficiency. A big thumb's up to this company!

Best moving experience ever! Evan, who scheduled my move and handled all of the details made sure everything was smooth in these crazy COVID times and made the stress of moving with two kids fade away, making sure to send crew with experience taking apart and reassembling my son's trampoline and making sure timing was perfect and everything was seamless. They didn't just bring the furniture into the house into the appropriate rooms, but took the time to make sure the furniture was aligned perfectly and on the first night in our new home my living room was fully set up and everything was perfectly aligned. They also happened to be the most reasonably priced move I have ever had with everything included and no added extras, so my final bill was exactly what I had been quoted in terms of the number of hours they estimated. Another huge bonus was not one single thing was damaged and they took extra care with everything!

Hi, Chad,I want to say how grateful I am for the excellent team of young men you've put together to facilitate the very stressful experience of relocating my "worldly goods" to a new home.The demeanor of each one in both locations was respectful, kind, and considerate. There's no words to express my gratitude for Nathan and Marcus and their expertise in managing and directing a crew to successfully wrap, package, box, label, take-apart, load, transport, unload, put together and place-shift-tweak each piece of our furniture to our satisfaction, and all with smiles and good-natured responses, not to mention their brute strength and yet, finesse, especially in manuvering my parlour grand piano into my desired space for it. Nathan, Marcus, and all the young men were a pleasure to work with under a stressful time of upheaval, departing our old home, and relocating to our new home in Idaho Please give Nathan and Marcus my sincere gratitude for a job well done.Sharyn

I recently had a great experience with Noteworthy! Everyone I have interacted with has been courteous, communicative, responsive, and professional. I moved out about three months ago because I was about to begin a home remodel. So I needed both to move some things into my temporary apartment and store most of my things. Noteworthy took care of both! I did some packing in advance, but I primarily counted on them to pack up my things and carefully label them so they knew whether to deliver the box to my apartment or to storage. Things went where they were supposed to go, and everything went incredibly smoothly. I rarely write reviews, but I'm reflecting on my past experience as I prepare for my move back into my house tomorrow. I'm not stressed at all about the move because I know that Noteworthy will again do a great job. Like last time, they've done a great job of communicating with me about their plan for my move. I'm always grateful to find a good company. They're not always easy to find. I hope I won't have to move again for a while, but I know who I'll use if I do.

Our Sotheby's realtor recommended Noteworthy Moving and we used them for moving out of our multi-level condo and for the move in to our 1909 craftsman home. They stored our things for 6 weeks in between the two moves as well. From the first call to Evan in the office, to the estimate with Chad at our home, and every single crew member for each move, all were responsive, courteous, and very conscientious! We moved from a 1980s condo to a completely different style home and the crew was so helpful in helping us fit our furniture into each room and patient when I asked for changes in room or where to place a piece of furniture. I also want to add that the day we scheduled the move, it was raining and it was trash collection day on our street. The crew laid down runners so our floors stayed dry and our things were well protected with wrapping. They also dried off some of the boxes that got wet and they accommodated the large trash trucks! I know this is a lengthy review but I really liked working with Noteworthy and there's so many positive things to say about them - I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives!
