Prior to anything else, this market is so dirty and disgusting, that the terribly rude staff is just the cherry on top. I really wish zero stars existed. I was just driving by when I found this place and I will make sure to never go back.I went into this store today to grab a few items with my service animal. The employees of this store continuously harassed us. They all got together into a gang and kept following me around the store with clipboards telling me ‘no dogs, no dogs.’ It was so bad that we ended up leaving. They forced me for take out my dog’s ID (which is illegal in California) and they told me that my service dog is a health code violation. Their disgusting store that has not been cleaned since it opened is not a health code violation but my SA is? I am opening a case with the ADA and reporting them for violation. They can deal with the law.

Very bad attitude towards customers, employees serve with a very bad face, as if you owe them something.

The customer service is trash and when they realize you’re not Armenian, they treat you horribly and rudely and no one can even speak English. I was shopping for cake today and the woman ended up putting the pieces in a dirty box. It is so unbelievable that a market with this poor quality is even allowed to exist. I will make sure to report this to Cal State.

I don't like to write a review I like this stor but the workers they don't want to move and sell you the product. Last time I didn't buy a candy because the girl don't want to go see the price

The pre-made food is amazing and items are fresh. The prices on the other hand are higher than any other Armenian store I have been to.

There are much better markets within half a mile than kozanian's. This place is SUPER expensive for common goods. For gods sake, they were selling persian cucumbers for $3.99 per pound which is unheard of. It usually sells in other stores between 99 cents to $1.99 at most. Forget about their ready made foods, even more expensive. The only reason they get a second star is because of the convenient location. However, its not that convenients where I would pay double for groceries.

Great store for fresh groceries and bakery. They have everything you need under one roof for mediterranean goodies. The safe is always ready to help you plan your next family dinner or party.

The good thing about this market is that you can find there the goods which are not sold in american markets BUT the bad thing is that sometimes food is not so fresh. The stuff is friendly but not that professional. In general when you vizit kozanyans you feel like you're in Armenia))
