Men's restroom. I can't believe any human would be ok with their restroom like this. Utterly disgusting. No paper towels. Soap pouch out of the dispenser. I'm not sure if this is same restroom the employees use. Clearly isn't regularly cleaned.

Two of three of my fav Goodwill locations. Always seem to find my particular type of High Top Chucks here, all black. Twice now. Even tho they are big on me. It's still worth it. Always seem to find unique clothing & purses here.

No dressing rooms and you can only do exchanges, no refunds if something doesn’t fit. Staff was nice but like most goodwills now, the prices were also very high. $3+ for a used mason jar is silly. Wouldn’t come back

They have you sort out your item into there bids when maken donations then they don't want to give you a tax slip cause they think your donations are trash i will make all my donations to savers or non profit or small business, forget goodwill , over price items there label 99cent store items for 4.99 when there is a 99 cent store Tag on it for 1.99 goodwill will not get my business

My favorite Goodwill store. I have found the best items, including entertainment-related clothing and items, great appliances, toys and household items. Best selection and prices, too.

The clothes are too expensive, there are torn and used clothes for 10 dollars or more, that's why I got a new dress at Ross, the things that are well-known brands are sold at almost the same price as in a normal store...

I came here on 8/31 and a man at the register I think his name was Danny or Manny helped me out. very kind and professional, great customer service. this store is more organized than most and has a lot of really nice name brand stuff.

I think i had the same experience as Carlos R. below. Had an SUV packed with great stuff to donate. The attendant didn't lift a finger to help unload the stuff onto the cart. On top of that he then asked me to separate everything into the proper metal bins while he stared at his phone. I told him, I was done. He didn't offer a receipt for the donations so I just left. I understand that some people use charities to get rid of junk, but I only give items in good condition as I have no problems throwing stuff in the garbage. I've contacted 4 charities about picking up a terrific dining set and none do it now. One said they would if i put it out on my curb. If I have to go to that trouble, I'll just let the neighborhood porch pirates have at it. GoodWill is by far the worst, their Glendale location is just as bad with employees apathetic or even hostile having to do their jobs.
