I had to share about the most incredible thing experience at this location!! The entire staff were wonderful but SHERYL stood out and worked with me as I shopped for over 2 hours!! Sheryl helped me find the most adorable tips and the promotion of 3 for $99 was an absolute steal! I can’t say enough about how thrilled I am with the service I received!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo EXPRESS and thank you so much to Sheryl! She’s incredible! A+++++

My experience at the Express - Glendale Galleria was exceptional! This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing customer service by Sheryl. She definitely went beyond and helped me select the best blazer for my fitting. So attentive and made sure I left satisfied. I will definitely come back for my next suit and I’ll make sure to ask for Sheryl.

I walked into the store today and was immediately greeted by Sheryl. She not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for, but went above and beyond with her more than helpful customer service. The other employees didn’t even make eye contact with me. Sheryl was the only one who approached me and made me feel welcomed. Everyone else just walked right by me.

Store associates need proper training. Doesnt even know how to process online order refunds, made me pay twice. hannah (wasn’t acting like one, but she said she’s the store manager ) is so rude , had no knowledge of how their store system works, wouldnt even give out general manager’s name and when i can talk to him . “For the Security purpose. Really??? General manager is assigned to fix the mess employees made . Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Unlike how she handled my problem. Def not doing her job right

A modern and stylishly furnished shop in the shopping center. The clothing on offer is aimed more at older female teenagers and younger women, but anyone who thinks that's their style is of course also in good hands.
We offer whatever is trendy, but we didn't find any classics. Even though we didn't end up buying anything, the staff was very friendly to us.
