Shout out to David. We needed my engagement ring re done and he took the princess cut diamond and remade the whole thing while keeping the design the exact way we wanted. I was so happy and impressed. It took a lot longer than expected but 5 stars all around! He made wax molds and showed us throughout the process and we made small changes and he was more than happy to create a new mold to show us to make sure it was perfect before he actually custom built the ring. He then pointed us in the right direction for ring insurance, which I really appreciated.

I was strolling along Honolulu Ave on a recent Sat and saw something I liked in the window here. I went in and looked at some more of the jewelery and all of it was really nice, a wide variety, some like engagement rings and expensive, but other stuff would be a nice gift for someone special and more affordable. The owner Garo was really friendly and did not follow you around and try to push anything on you. Definitely a good experience. So I just wanted to give a shout out bc I really appreciated not being pressured and her friendliness.

The best engagement ring buying experience out there! I'm 32, completely out of my element at a jewelry store, and tired of hearing the b.s. everywhere I went. But last month I proposed to my girlfriend - the most important person in the world to me, with a ring we custom made for her. David and his family are straight shooters and real people, who really love what they do. They made the design, 3D printed it, made the cast, and melted the gold themselves. Don't waste your time at chain jewelry stores with pushy sales people. Just do yourself this favor, go see David at Executive Jewelers before you go anywhere else. Trust me, this is how customer service should be.

I have been going to executive jewelers for many years actually my father is the one that recommended I go there for all my watch servicing. From battery replacement, repair, new wristbands, to an actual new watch the experience has always been pristine.

Unprofessional. I was there when they laugh at a customer's last name and made fun of him in his presence.
They have no ethics and morale. It was sad too see the father would join the sun and humiliating their customer.
Look elsewhere. They are plenty other shops in walking distance. Garo and David are not ethical.

My friend comes in with a piece of jewelry they appraise it at a little over $1000. She takes it to a different jewelry store and they appraise it at 18,000. You be the judge.

Amazing customer service and beautiful design work. I had been in the shop a couple years prior and loved their work. I wanted a custom piece of jewelry made and wanted to support a local business. David worked with me back and forth until it was perfect. I am beyond thrilled with their work! So happy. Will purchase from them again in the future.
