My experience with Christine has been a positive one. She is attentive, prompt, personable, and friendly. She patiently answers all my questions in a timely manner. She even goes out of her way to make things convenient for her clients. I was with another insurance agent before I signed with her. The other agent would only pick up and answer my questions when she was trying to get me to sign and pay. I wasn’t happy with the service. I asked Christine for quotes back then and asked her again recently. She has always been timely and kind answering all my questions, so I decided to switch. Once I signed with Christine, she sent me documents to sign in two different formats because she wasn’t sure which one would be more convenient for me. I also emailed her asking for updates, and she kindly resends the messages I missed. Overall her customer service is excellent. She is also willing to work with me to adjust the insurance plan as I want it. I would recommend Christine.

Christine is absolute amazing! Insanely quick response times, more than willing to go above and beyond with her help. My friend had recommended her to me, and I can not recommend her enough! You wont go wrong.

I was in desperate need to find insurance for my parent's home, and Christine immediately picked up the phone when I called. The situation for this case was tricky, and, unfortunately, State Farm was not able to insure it, but she was so nice, kind, and professional through the process, which was a bummer as she represents the kind of agent that I would want to handle my insurance needs; hopefully, that will be the case at some point in the future. Thanks again Christine!

I have been a client of Christine Park for a couple of years and I continue to enjoy the personal touch, rather than calling into a call center. Christine is always focused on client relationships and works to assure the client receives the best deal without sacrificing coverage. I appreciate when Christine lets me know where some coverage is not necessary rather than selling me a policy for commission.

Christine Park embodies the "Good Neighbor" mantra of State Farm. When it comes to her agency, it's not just a catchy phrase, but it's obvious anyone who interacts with them that this is what they live by. I may not be a big fan of State Farm, but I'm a huge fan of Christine. She's caring, thoughtful, and goes the extra step to help her clients. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

I finally created a yelp profile just to say how Christine Park is such a great state farm agent. I'm originally from Florida so moving to California I knew I needed to find a good state farm agent, lucky me I ended up with a great agent! Since I was new to the whole insurance thing I thought it was going to be a difficult process. Meeting with Christine at first I was super nervous, but she was so inviting with her smile and positivity that I felt more relaxed. I asked her a bunch a questions and she answered all in a way I could easily understand. I was so happy when I first came in that anytime I needed help with other things I went to her office and talked to her immediately. I know I can easily email her to get what I need but I personally enjoy talking to her! Anytime I need somthing she is always there for me! If your looking for a great state farm agent I recommend that you go to Christine Park! Trust me you won't be disappointed, she is amazing!

5 stars for Christine Park, since this lady is a very helpful and kind person to talk to and very polite and very approachable.BUT hopefully on the next renewal period for my car insurance , it is going to lower my premium but with same/ better coverage of course;) two thumbs up for Christine. ;)

If you don't know much about insurance, then Christine would be a decent place to start and this is the reason I am giving two stars instead of one. My girlfriend and I were looking into home owner's policies for our town home and Christine answered all of our initial questions quickly and succinctly. Unfortunately, this was the only time we were satisfied with Christine's service. I myself am a commercial property insurance underwriter and have only worked in commercial lines, so at first I was unsure if personal lines insurance differs much from commercial insurance. As it turns out, while there are notable differences, insurance laws and procedures do not differ to the point where my knowledge in the industry would not be useful and it became more evident the longer we were with Christine that her knowledge was average at best. In the sake of fairness, it is possible that her knowledge is actually high since I did not actually get to talk with Christine about my questions but that leads me to my main issue on customer service. Anytime I had called in with a question about our policy relating to coverage's, pricing, or possible claim scenarios I was always told that they would look into it and call me back, but I never received that call back. Another aspect of being insured with Christine that we did not like was she insisted on meeting in person once in a while to go over any questions we might have. What we didn't like about this was she insists on this meeting even if you don't have any questions. Ironically, it seems to be an effort to provide better customer service, but this means me or my girlfriend will need to drive to Glendale for something that can be done over email or the phone and would be a waste of time if I have no questions (which was the case at the time). It should also be noted that the last straw for me was after a few years of being with Christine I had called to discuss the pricing of my policy. After not getting any return calls I shopped around for other quotes and, as expected, I received several cheaper quotes with more or as much coverage (all from brand name insurance companies too). TL;DR - Christine and her team are nice people who will help you get a policy started BUT if you are familiar with insurance or you prefer remote correspondence then I would go elsewhere. EDIT (To address Christine's comment) - First, I find it funny that I received two calls from your office shortly after my review was posted instead of prior to the review, but lets address your points. 1. "I am available for phone conferences to accommodate the customer's schedules" - This was not an option given to us and we had noted we didn't want to make the drive to discuss our policy when we had no questions at that time. On top of that, you were not there when Amy had driven on the day that was scheduled to meet with you and she spoke with Jordan instead. 2. "I see in your file where I called and left voicemails several months earlier" - I have checked my phone and I received no calls from your office. If you used a different number, then you did not leave a voicemail. 3. "We did reach out as a further courtesy but only got a message back, informing us that the policy was not being renewed." - It appears to me that the issue is you're confusing the times you had contacted Amy to service our policy vs the times I called your office asking more specific questions. I do not know if Jordan or Kim just never gave you my messages but I had called a handful of times this year and was told that they would call me back on the number I provided, but as I said those return calls were never made. My last rant will be on when you say "you seem so busy, especially as you were contacting other insurance offices" - I spent about 10 minutes doing an online quote, which I guess is busy to you, since you couldn't spend that much time to return my calls ^_^

When all seemed lost due to an unforeseeable accident. I received a fresh breath of air from my Agent Christine. What an intelligent and professional young woman. I was so impressed of her determination to best handle my policy and get me on my feet again. Truly inspired by her, the fight was not over. Thank you Christine for your human inspiration and professional advice. There are great agents out there but if you need the best there is Christine. Call her, you will never regret your decision.

Wonderful agent who is knowledgeable and friendly. Chose her after moving to California and she made transferring and updating my policies a breeze. She is always more than welcome to speak with you if you have any questions. Plus, she actually remembered personal details about me when my visits were months apart. Shows that she actually cares about her clients.

SOME OF THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY PROFESSION. Christine and Jordan have been IMMENSELY HELPFUL in taking care of my needs. I have run into MAJOR problems going through State Farm's national numbers while processing a claim. Christine conference-called in a specialist who was able to take care of everything. Professional, courteous, respectful, attentive, Christine Park & Jordan Combs are exemplary professionals at what they do. Highly recommend. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a twelve thousand.
