My family and I walked in the store and the workers started rushing over to u . Not all black people steal. Very rude customer service. I was talking my child school shopping and the lady kept questioning my child. I’m the mother you don’t question a child. Staff needs more training. Not a friendly environment. I had to tell the worker don’t question my child and yes the shoes are for her .

Worst place ever, this employee really couldn’t take the fact that the guy wanted to buy and do a nice thing for one of his fans in the video, plus lost some money for the company as well. Hope he gets fired

This review is specifically for a young lady name Cat I don't know if it's with a C or a K so I apologize . I ordered a jacket for my husband over a week ago from Glendale mall it was at the Northridge mall to be shipped to the Glendale Galleria it had been a week and I hadn't received an email like I was told . I didn't have any tracking information I just know I gave them my money and it was almost time for us to leave I called champs in the Glendale Galleria and Miss Cat went out of her way and she found my husband's order in the back I'm not even upset that no one called I'm glad that she took the time to find it !!!! go Cat I really appreciate you and I really appreciate your customer service you have a very nice sweet voice over the phone and great customer service . thank you again so much CHAMPS is lucky to have you . thanks again. Fake shoes. Got some adidas for my gf for Christmas and the soles came out easily so I looked up how to tell the difference between fake and legit shoes. Apparently every shoe (even left to right) have a special serial number. But when I looked they were the same so the shoes they sold me were fakes yet sold them at full price. Returning this. Don't recommend this business

Worst champs I've been too some little cheech and Chong looking dude told me they had shoes I wanted but wasn't gonna sell them to me or my girl. Get yourself better workers or teach these minimum wage workers how to sell shoes.
