So far my initial experience with Robert Bistagne has been incredible. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Robert has gone out of his way to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. I have no doubt that my truck is going to be like showroom condition once it's completed. I will add photos of my truck when completed.

Came in with no appointment, got a quote right away - and the car was fixed the next day (I must admit it was a minor cosmetic work). Then: Uber had no rides available, so they drove me home (which was a 3 min ride only. Otherwise, I would not have asked, but; wonderful! All in all - excellent service - exceeded my expectation. I got into a minor collision (car still ran fine, was perfectly legal to drive, but it didn't look pretty), and decided, upon encouragement from family, to get my car repaired. Bistagne Bros was convenient to get to and clearly well run. Every single time I've gone in, they've been nothing but polite, professional, and upfront with me. I didn't want to go through insurance, so they worked with me to ensure I could get my car fixed at a price I could afford. They answered every question I had, were clear and realistic about how much the repair would cost, and made me confident I was in good hands throughout the process. I got my car back today, and it looks absolutely beautiful. They even gave it a wash! They went above and beyond; made sure my cling stickers on the back windshield stayed in place (they can be finicky, and I've lost a few over time to car washes). It's the little things that often mean the most, and it's clear to me that they cared for my car the way I would. They've definitely earned my loyalty and appreciation, and I'll be recommending them to anyone in my area who needs car repairs!Thank you Bistagne Bros!

May 2022Took my 2021 Sienna Van in for repair (Insurance Claim hit and run). Got a call after 7 days that they are trying to charge my insurance company over $15K when they quoted me $4-$5K initially.I understand the concept of initial quotes not been accurate however it shouldn't have taken 7 days to get the actual number. This is something you do the first 1-2 days or right away.I have used this company before (twice exactly) over 10 years ago and was extremely pleased. Not sure what changed (ownership wise) during the past 10+ years it seems they are more interested in collecting large insurance checks rather than providing proper service.I am no expert in vehicle repairs below is a picture of the actual damage that they claim requires $15K worth of damage. I will find out how much other companies will charge for proper repair and will follow up.I would have given them zero stars if I could at this stage.June 2022I took the van to Caliber Collision and after 2 weeks they fixed it for ˜$4300 or so. I checked with my insurance carrier (Farmers) and it seems that Bistagne Bros is known to use creative math in their calculations. I would stay away from this shop.

I used to take my car to body shops which charged me twice as less as Bistagne charges, but it always ended up costing me 3 times more money after I had to take my car back to have them refix their errors, and loss of my precious precious time. Bistagne fixed my car right the first time and totally washed it which they didn’t have to. I have come to the conclusion that this is the best and cheapest body shop in Glendale.Service: Body & Trim

OMG what a amazing service. After a week having my Tesla I hit something on the freeway that scratched my car. I was there first thing in the morning and they had done within an hour. I couldn't see any sign if the car was ever scratched.

Front end body work and paint was done for me recently after a minor collision caused a fair amount of damage. Bistagne Bros was informative, professional and got me in and out in good time. I really couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Looks brand new. Will definitely be back if I ever need body work done. Book them with confidence. High quality shop.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and these people. I was rear ended and the other insurance company sent me here for the repairs. The work is flawless, and they even covered some scratches and dings at no additional cost. The car was sparkling clean when I picked it up, and I can assure it you it was far from that when I dropped it off.I noticed after getting home and driving it at night that my interior lights weren’t coming on. When I finally made it in a month and half later, they found a blown fuse- unrelated to the work they did- and fixed it for free. As if all of this wasn’t enough, they finished it off with another car wash!Another bonus is the most amazing pup ever -Daytona- that greets you at the door with major butt wiggles!
