Eddie, Joe, Chad and everyone else at A Certified AutoWork are absolutely wonderful. They're friendly, professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. As a woman, it can be intimidating to go to a mechanic, but these guys always treat me with kindness and respect. Highly, highly recommend them!

I took my car in to certified auto Glendale and they were the most professional people I've dealt with in a long time the owner Chad and his employee Joe were so good to me while my car was in the shop for repairs my warranty didn't cover the rental car well Chad the owner told me that he would take care of the rental car for me no problem on the shop that made me feel really special stuff like that is very unheard of nowadays and after the fact when my car was return to me by certified auto they guarantee their work with a guarantee and I was very happy about that these guys are very special guys had a very good experience with Chad and his crew thank you very much Chad and joe for taking care of me from Chef William.

Was initially very happy, friendly service and quick to get to my car when it was urgent. Sadly about two months after getting my brakes done by them they gave out, old parts I guess, we’re rusty on the outside when they got to the shop, I guess they did the quick fix not the good fix.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. They promised me it would be ready in about an hour, and they called me after about 50 minutes to say it was ready. I would absolutely take my car back here, the guys were nice and easy to deal with.

Im meticulously picky when it comes to my Doctor ,Dentist,& yes Mechanic! Chad guarantees his work and he is true 2 his word. He has serviced my Range Rover for sometime now. He is what we call in New York " THE BEST"... and we say that with a convincing attitude...

$3000 20 trips back and forth to give these guys opportunity to make it right replaced every part in the system.I should have taken them to court but was convinced to spend an additional $1000 to replace another part and when I took it in all that was wrong was a compressor went out on top of the $2000 I already spent on the A/C. would work 2-3 days and would quit every time a person with my medical condition shouldn't have went through this no one should have to go through this!! Now a year later I want to drive the car but have to spend additional money and find a good mechanic shop that can get this done.not just throw parts and money at it! I bought another car and will never take either one to this place ever!!Service: Air conditioning

Chad and Eddie are the most honest guys that I truly can rely on them with my car , I'm very very picky with my car , They did change oil and they used the best oil for my car with a very reasonable price , I would go there with no doubt for any problem with my car , thank you

Really can't say enough what it means to have a reliable mechanic. This is the only place that i let work on my Audi A5. very straight forward and honest team. none of the mumbo jumbo i use to deal with from the mechanics in the hood. if you want your work done right the first time come here and save yourself the headache

Chad and his coworkers are the greatest autoworkers that I have found in my 30 years of living in Glendale. He transformed our beloved, low mileage, Scion 2005 Xa into a new car! We didn't want to buy a new car, because our insurance rate is so low, and our little hatchback has been a great car. Along the way, however, there have been a few dents, scratches, visual offenses, along with needing new wheels, tires, inside and outside detailing - this is really just half of the list. We left the car with him for about 2 weeks, so that he could continue working on it without interruption, and returned on Monday, 12/14, to find a visibly new car. Then, I drove it. It felt like a new car as well. Chad is the greatest, and I'm never taking my car elsewhere. I heartily endorse him to whomever is looking for auto-work. He is also a really nice guy, treats everyone with respect, and in these Covid times, is very careful to wear a mask and follow the rules. You are the best, Chad!

I took my Audi Q5 here when the check engine light came on. Received a quote for $2900 to replace fuel injectors, fix rear brakes and replace engine hoses etc. got my car back and two days later check engine light comes back on and my car smells like gasoline. Car is leaking gasoline so I have to get it towed back there. They keep it for a few days say the fuel injector was faulty I get it back and two days later check engine light is back on and engine is running poorly Take it back a third time and they hold it for 8 days, say the fixed everything drove it and everything is fine. I get it back is still running poorly and check engine light is on again. I took my care here three times paid $2,900 and wasted three weeks to get it back in worse shape than when I took it in. Took it to Audi only shop in canons Park and they told me they didn't address the problems with the engine seal and pinched the fuel injectors when installing. Also, the fuel injectors probably didn't need replacing just cleaning. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI HERE
