“Big thankyou shout out to Clifford Casolla. Today we tore something off the bottom of our Tesla going over a curb at Garden Court restaurant, we dragged into Marshall's and Clifford took care of it free of charge. They do absolutely beautiful custom restoration and paint jobs, collision work too. If you value your vehicle this is the place to go.”
“WOW!! Cris and Rudy are top notch!!
Integrity, friendly, fair, professional and highly skilled. I wish I knew the woman’s name that scheduled my appointment, she is friendly, considerate and helpful!
A large redwood branch hit and damaged the passenger front fender, and paint chip. Car is 9 years old, a little aesthetic damage I could live with, but this was a medium size dent. To replace the part/paint was more than I wanted to spend. Cris offered for Rudy to take a look, maybe he could pop it out, apply a little touch up paint. Rudy did amazing work, hardly noticeable, I’m so pleased! I will be a customer forever!!
Thank you, Adriana”
“I would give 10 stars if I could! We are from out of state and had an issue with the vehicle. The owner had me pull right into the bay, and my vehicle was fixed within the hour. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place.”
“The team at Shotwell's does beautiful work! We've always taken our cars there and will absolutely continue to do so. Friendly & efficient, they are a pleasure to work with!”
“I am the owner of a Ferrari 355 Spider convertible with a failed potentiometer, Ferrari part #64978300. This part is a poorly made part of a safety system designed to prevent thousands of dollars of convertible top damage and to prevent the top from taking off your head. This part is not available anywhere on this planet and if you are a 355 Spider owner, you might have have done many unsafe workarounds to defeat this system. I fought with Ferrari for years and even made an NHTSA complaint that is on file. After five years I was about to give up but someone, I can't remember who, told me about O.D.D. Parts in Sonoma California. I called Jim, the proprietor, or more aptly, the artist and he informed me he created a fix for this impossible to find part. As he is just one and a half hours north of me, I decided to visit him personally and enjoy a day in beautiful Sonoma County. Then came the pandemic and one and a half hours became one and a half years. I finally visited his amazing workshop that is literally in an artists enclave and saw many of the parts he has rebuilt, refurbished or fabricated for many classic and exotic cars including multi-million dollars cars shown in Concours de Elegances. To say I was impressed is inadequate as these parts were all re-engineered better than new. He fixed my potentiometer on the spot for an extremely reasonable price, even more so when I am aware I can't get this part anywhere on the planet at any cost. When he was done we were given a golf cart tour of the property and neighboring artists and what started out as a part repair became a delightful adventure. We also visited with Jim's protege, Matt, and it is comforting to know that the art of automotive part fabrication will be passed to another generation. I just finished installing the Ferrari part #64978300 into the seat and replaced the seat in the car and everything works perfectly and as it should. I could not be more pleased. While Jim does work fabricating parts for rare classic cars all over the world, not everybody lives in Northern California and will be as fortunate as I to visit his artist's workshop in beautiful Sonoma but if you have a broken potentiometer in your Ferrari 355 spider, he's just a shipment away. He put an end to my five year nightmare and maybe he can put an end to yours too. Be sure to check O.D.D. Parts out.”
“Moved to Petaluma a year ago and done multiple oil changes, a 30k service, 90k service, and even some bodywork completed with Joe. His prices are fair, the quality of his work is very high, and he is pretty responsive. Honest mechanics are hard to find and I wouldn't continue to his use shop if he wasn't a great professional.”
“This is a great repair shop. I had a door replaced over a year ago and had some refinishing needed on an interior panel. I thought I might have passed any warranty time but CARSTAR didn't question it and made the repair quickly, including the replacement of the rear bumper per my request. Friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with.”
“For those who are mechanically-inclined, have you ever done your own brakes and in doing so changed out the hoses, hardware, clean, and resurface rotors if needed? Then after a job well done (takes us normals a day job on this), you start up your engine and press down on the brake pedal for the first time and it feels like a plush cloud? That is called TLC and that is what it's like when Gary takes your truck in and hands it back to you. There's a reason why people with Cruisers and beyond call Gary and co. from out-of-state for setups, lifts, and repairs. These guys are the real deal and I could tell this from the first conversation I had with Gary. There is no frills and only a complete dedication to doing your vehicle right by you. Few places (outside industries included) practice honor, integrity, and doing good for its own sake but Gary and the guys absolutely do.My experience was with my FJ that needed a lift adjustment after another shop made a few mishaps but given how much demand Gary has, you can see just how many 'Yota chassis and powertrain they know inside and out. If you want a go-to for life, look no further”
“My goodness Lakeville Auto Body is fantastic. I'm always weary of getting any work done on a vehicle but Pat is a pro. The team is honest,, talented and trustworthy and the work is perfection. I would personally and professionally recommend Lakeville Auto Body to everyone”
“Someone side-swiped my car in a parking lot causing a bunch of damage all along one side of my car. Gulick’s repaired it all so well the car looked brand new. They even deep cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. This was my family car and the inside was a disaster. They really went above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough.”
“This is a top-notch auto body shop -- and they're super honest and fair. I took my car to PAB to have them fix a busted rear running light and a rear side panel that popped out slightly when I backed into a low cement wall. Since it was a small problem I didn't want to use my insurance for the repair bill. They quoted me a very fair price (in writing), and I agreed to it. They ordered the light and it came in after just a couple of days. I took my car in to have the work done and just an hour later they called me to tell me it was finished. Here's the kicker: They charged me NEARLY $100 LESS THAN THE QUOTED AMOUNT!! Turns out they didn't need to fully remove the bumper to get the panel back in, so they lowered my cost. Wow, where do you get that kind of honest service these days??!! And my car looks great. If you need auto body work, go here FIRST.”

19285 Sonoma Hwy, Sonoma“I want to thank Kevin for the outstanding customer service and the extra mile you went to fit my Lexus. I had work complete by G&C in Santa Rosa but was in Sonoma and had a small fix for my Lexus. Kevin looked at my car and fixed one size but need a Lexus part. Kevin on his personally time picked up the part in Santa Rosa and make sure his team in Sonoma knew I would be coming in to have the part installed. The commitment to customer services and stepping out and not making me drive to Santa Rosa was very much appreciated. To learn work completed by G&C Auto Body is guaranteed for life as long as you own your vehicle is best, I have heard in the industry. Highly recommend G&C Auto Body.”

“After an operator error by me involving my 2019 Ram 1500 and a fire hydrant, insurance company sent me to Zappelli's Body Shop here in Santa Rosa. I found this family business to be very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. My repair took longer than anticipated due to supply issues for parts but job was completed to my satisfaction. 5 Star operation Dan Santa Rosa”

“My husband is very satisfied with the body work done on his Toyota Tundra. They work within budget, do superb work, and actually did more than what was in the bid. Patrick always returned phone calls promptly and even volunteered to pick up my husband when the truck work was done. They are complete, correct and comprehensive in everything they do. We highly recommend them and wouldn't consider using anyone else for body work.”
