Love Targey.. Target. Lol.. sounds fancy.. Here in Gilroy you can experience clean Target. Although the food is on the low quality side . The Morgan hill Location is the one to go to they have everything I want and need. Shame Gilroy can't keep up.

i was asking the employee to check in the back for a different version of something i wanted and she just said they only had the ones set out even if on the website they weren’t even on low stock. is it that hard to check in the back

Good luck getting professional customer service here.
They do what they want, they close at random times throughout the day and they always have a negative attitude.
I reported them to the state for breaking the law.
I may have to do it again since I can't seem to get my prescription during their posted hours of operation.

Shopping tonight was a quick stop for dental floss...the new stretchy kind by Listerine (brand name used to be Reach) I'm really liking it as it's thin enough to get between tight teeth and it doesn't separate like standard floss does. Friendly checkout lady was a delight we don't usually see.

Just went to target to get a couple of things. I got 16 items. They changed the self check out to 10 items and under and somebody was enforcing the counting. The only person open was checking out one person and had one other person in front of me. It was taking a very long time for them to check out the two guests in front of me so I reduced my items to 10 items. I went over to the self check out and try to check out which included some cold medicine and it said I needed to get store approval for the cold medicine, but there was nobody coming. All in all I waited about nine minutes, and there was no employee in sight to approve the cold medicine. I had to leave my entire cart because I had to get my kid from school. Very disappointed. I would've hope that they had a better system if they are changing the policy on self check out but I will definitely be reconsidering next time I need to run to target for something quick. It was a little bit ridiculous.

The managers and employees need to be educated on the cat & jack return policy. I went to return some items and the rep was very nice and tried but it wasnt finding my item even after scanning my target wallet so he called over his manager, i believe his name started with a M he was younger and it was in the evening. He said the return policy changed to 90 days at the beginning of the year. I was very confused because i just did a return last week. He just kept saying sorry and that is the policy. I looked it up online and everything i saw still said 365 days...so i went back and showed him and he said it needs to be target.com so i asked him to show me were it says 90 days??? Of course he said honestly i have no idea. You might want to go to the store that was able to do it. First off you cant just make up things. I dont think he knew what he was doing. He left then a red headed guy said thats what his district manager told them and diffrent stores have different policys. He gave me the number to customer relations to swe what they say so i called them and long behold it is 364 days and nothing has changed, he said theres not different policys per store.... bottom line train ypur managers and stafd theres just a bunch of kids working there that have no clue.

Wow Target you can do better we know you can! Have the app prompt me to purchase more to get a gift cards incentive then I pull up to curbside pick my goodies up but then no gift card!!! Do better what a scam!! So I call the store guess what no one can help me but I can tell my concern to 3 different people to be told I can call the customer service line to tell my story a 4th time really?!?! Really?!?! Is target that hard up to scam their customers out of gift cards stupid stupid stupid! We all know you can do better! Also the target in gilroy sucks ....do better target!!!
