I came in to return my hardware and I was expecting a lengthy wait, like I've experienced with Xfinity, and was surprised that Eric at the Gilroy location had me out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Eric, for your expertise! I loved my experience with Spectrum and I'm sad about moving out of the area.

CSR on-line service just made a "small" error. They activated two accounts in my home address. I received 2 separate packages via mail to setup my internet. Thus, I received two invoices for two separate accounts. I opened only one account. On the other hand, the Spectrum store resolved and cleaned up the mess.

Went in with a service repair question. And after much effort and determination, Erik and Lily fixed my old IPhone 8. No need for a new phone yet! Thanks for saving me money!
