“Chappell Pump & Supply truly goes above and beyond to help out whenever a service call is needed. They are kind and professional and the guys do such a stellar job on the plumbing to the tanks and pump. They corrected plumbing that was done incorrectly by another company which was causing the water flow to be restricted. Now the water pressure is efficient and the system looks beautiful. A real stand out company.”

“This is a big store with a better selection of goods "IMO" than that other hardware chain store. I was pleasantly surprised when I spied gas riding lawnmowers in front of the store. "Now I know where to go when mine gives up the ghost, but I digress, I came in to get tie downs, rope, and plastic covering to secure a mattress I put in my truck bed..... I walked up to an employee and asked him if he knew where I could find the items I was looking for. His response was immediate... Isles three, five, and 13.... Now that's what I call knowing your products and store!! I can't tell you how much time he saved me "probably at least an hour" trying to find the product on my own. Bottom line I was very impressed by their customer service and the availability of products some other hardware stores don't have.”

“This location is a little smaller than other ones I have been to but never the less the delivered on what I needed and it felt a little more personal being there opposed to the bigger ones I have been to. Try this Harbor Freight out and I am sure they can help you with what you need.”
