A very positive experience! My restoration project needed a complete rebuild of the transmission, and they did a fantastic job in a short time. I highly recommend this establishment for all your transmission needs.

Honest establishment. I feel that this place is a honest and trustworthy establishment that went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to give me a basic quote over the phone, when other places would not. Octavio, the person that helped me and worked on my vehicle was very knowledgeable, experienced, and explained everything in detail . I would highly recommend this place for your transmission services. I also will be using this place for any future issues with transmissions on any of my vehicles, and will recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Top notch establishment!

I would give this place negative stars if it were possible. I have a rather long and drawn out story, but I will try to keep this short and concise. I had a problem with my transmission, which I diagnosed myself, using my handy code reader. I am no mechanic, but I did go to school for a semester to become one, so I know a few things. I went in knowing that I needed a new solenoid valve body and that it was specifically the low coast solenoid that was faulty. I was quoted $2400 for the repair, which sounded extremely high to me, and Jesse said, it's a $1400 part, plus labor. So I went to a friend of mine who works at Nissan and got a "family" discount on the part, $1000 otd, so I saved $400. I asked him how much it would cost to install the part, and he refused to do it, and was NOT nice, or even courteous about it. I ended up having the part installed BY NISSAN, because they would have had to program it either way, from what I am told, and they charged me $350 otd!!! So I saved OVER a thousand dollars by not going with this place. It has been a couple months and I wanted to give myself time to let things settle, see if I really wanted to write this review, but I think people should know that this one is SHADY. My suggestion...call around and you will likely see the same thing that I did, Jesse is going to try to gouge you.

I took my truck in , they charged $300 to get my truck back, lost parts and then told me they can't figure it out. Don't want to work on it. Crooks.

Taken my Jeep to Elec-Tran on two separate occasions for issues I thought were transmission/transfer case related. On both occasions, Jessie identified the problems and had an estimate same day. The work they do is solid and reasonably priced. Jessie had me back on the road each time in two days.
