This place is always a really good deal for gas so if you're looking for the best price in Saint Cruz K this is the place you need to go because it will always be this even if I look on an app that finds the best gas prices it's here always. Although people are very rude in driving and it Not being able to drive correctly but all in all I'll go here cause I need to and on my lunch it's a quick fix for gas

The Supervisor with the hand tattoos didn't acknowledge my presence. No greeting was made, no eye contact, no explanation as to what he is doing to remedy the situation, and leaves without saying anything. Looks like he needs to be given more customer training, Gilroy Costco!

This Costco is great. Usually the lines are short so it makes shopping here less stressful. The prices are fair considering the quantity and quality of their products. Once in awhile they'll have a really good product that's limited which is a bummer because then when you need it again for a home project it's no where to be found.I had a small encounter though today with a clerk at the register. The clerk had a hard time counting not only the items but also money or cash. It took awhile and it held up the line. Shoppers were getting impatient. I asked how long it would take and she said I'm ready just waiting for the supervisor but that I can go somewhere else if I cannot wait. She said it with a bit of an attitude but started to ring me up because she saw that her line was getting longer and people getting impatient.I think I've spent enough money here to be treated like a guest.

Terrible Service. DAMAGED MY CAR AND WONT HONOR REPAIRS!!!Purchased new tires at Costco January 2023. Tire technician stated that one of the wheel bolts was stripped and could not put on the final lug nut. The wheel would have 4 out of 5 lug nuts mounted. I come back in April 2023 to repair a flat under Costco tire warranty and a different technician stated the lug nut was missing. I had a 3rd party mechanic look at the wheel and stated the wheel bolt isn't stripped, but broken off. Costco technician lied about it and I filed a claim with Costco and they refuse to honor the claim. A WARNING TO OTHERS: Costco can and will damage your vehicle and you have no recourse. They don't care about their customers or their technicians lying about damage they cause to your vehicle.

I hope to update my review in the future I know this Costco has the potential to do better, it takes up an entire day to wind up my elderly parents to do their monthly Costco grocery shopping so we finish up by 8:30-8:40 pm and mind you there was still an overflow of customers but still they decide to close off the bathroom with the aggressive cleaning water everywhere my mom couldn't use the bathroom and we don't live in town either. I hear workers complain that they have to work too while I was shopping don't get me wrong some departments are really nice and we're nice customers but there's a line they've crossed in customer service when my mom couldn't use the bathroom. Love Costco, will just try to have to come in earlier next time

My husband wanted to pick up a Pizza without me (im the card holder with the Costco account) and I wasn't sure if he would be able to go inside to the food court, without me. So I googled the question, and on Costco's main website it says "Yes, you can visit Costco Food Court without a Membership. However, you will not be able to take your Food and eat it in the store's Dining area, which is only available to members. Costco Food hall offers some of the best deals in town on hot dogs and burgers, as well as other Fast-Food fare like pizza."He called the Gilroy location, and spoke to Michael in administration. Michael answered the phone with attitude "This is Michael" and no other introduction. My husband still respectfully asked his questions, and Michael told him that "no, Costco's website is incorrect and you are not allowed to eat there without a membership". My husband asked for clarification, and whether this only referred to interior food courts vs locations with exterior food courts, and Michael responded with "I already told you" When my husband tried to clarify just one more time and ask if he would be able to utilize the food court and another location if it was outdoors, Michael's response was "If that's what you want to do." And then Michael hung up on my Husband !!!If this is a representation of customer service, to someone who is not a member, Michael would have single-handedly turned away a potential new member.

Looking for the best deal on gas in Santa Clara County? Well, get your Costco card ready. California has notoriously high gas prices due to regulations on energy which makes it more expensive at the pump. I was proud to make an intentional trip to find out Costco gas and get a low price savings while on travel. If you find yourself on 101 going from LA to SF, be sure to stop at this location. I waited almost 20 minutes but we'll worth it. There are 16 pumps and three major entry points. Stay right if you are unsure.

I love Costco. I don't mind the waits, the crazy parking lot situation, or the people inside that are just two feet too close or stand right in front of something you need while talking on their phones. Since moving to Morgan Hill 8 years ago, Gilroy Costco as been my go to Costco. The parking situation is never that bad and they always seem to have most things in stock (even during the height of the pandemic - I didn't have an issue with them). The selection of products is comparable to other locations with the exception of Great Oaks since their warehouse is not as large as them. They also have a gas station, but I have yet to use it as the lines are always long. If you're in the area and need something OR just want to kill time, I would recommend checking out the Gilroy Costco.

Costco typically gives really good service but for some reason the Costco in Gilroy does not meet those same standards as other Costco. The customer service at this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced, asking employees for help at this location come with a lot of attitude and disrespect. They fail to meet the Costco friendliness and helpful experience.

I always fill up at Costco and I never had a problem there but there is a older white male that's super rude yelling nonsense when you are trying to fill up saying "I'll fill it up faster, you're slow at this" like what the f*** do you want me to do? Stupid m*********** needs to learn some manners

All the employees are super rude and act like they hate their jobs. Me and my family were apparently in the way of something and didn't notice. This lady that worked there snapped at us to move out of the way instead of just asking politely. They require all the customers to wear masks, yet every single employee I saw was not wearing a mask. When we went to eat at their food court, it was super dirty and the condiments/soda area had hairs all over. Disrespectful employees and a unsanitary store = 0 stars.
