I was not sure what chess set I wanted since they had so many to choose from. I called them up and let them know what I could afford and the gal that helped me was wonderful. I got my chess set in less then a week and could not be happier. Thank you for the great customer service.

I too was gifted a puzzle and I agree that it is of poor quality and the pieces weren't properly printed. But i reached out to their customer service hoping for a replacement, which unfortunately the customer service wasn't able to help as i was uncertain which store it was purchased in for Christmas. They completely discarded the video and photos showing it was recently opened and showing the evidence of their product being a disappointment out of box.Edit:Sending them pictures of the box with their name printed on it wasn't enough to show it was their product ??♂️

I was gifted a puzzle mat from wood Expressions.I was so badly made, it took me forever to do the puzzle as it was stiff, lumpy and cut crooked...it is too stiff to roll, all the pieces break apart because it does not adhere to the fabric. a total waist of money..do not buy!

This company has some really cool games. I bought a gorgeous Backgammon set with an old fashioned map design on it. They've got chess, checkers, solitaire, cards, etc. The works. Great customer service. I felt like I was talking to real people. It reminds me of a company from the past where you are dealing with a team that really care about you and your satisfaction. What a nice feeling!
