I should've listened to the other reviewers: I went in for a jacket alteration, simply to have the sleeves shortened. This is what I got back (pictured), buttons sewn on top of one another, sleeves pressed together without concern. The charge was $40 (in advance). If you don't care about what you do, it shows in the quality of your work. A real shame for the community in Gardena. Listen to the reviews, folks, stay away from this business and yes, the woman who works there is very ill-mannered.

Took my new girlfriend here to have alterations done on 8 dresses this past Saturday and the lady working was the worst person I have ever encountered and complained about how much work has to be done with a rude and angry attitude after she inspected the fourth dress still complaining I told my girlfriend to gather her clothes and we will go elsewhere. We did find another place that was happy to take in the work and with all smiles. Nobody should have to tolerate such a ignorant lady in community services.

Had my dry cleaning here went to pick it because the hours on the recipt said they opened at7am but they weren't open. But the door hours said 8:30 am so I left went back home and now I am sitting in front of the cleaners in my car at 8:38 am and still no lights on and not open .

Hubbers' favorite zipped sweater was in need of a little love since its two-way zipper somehow broke. I've gone to another place (hint: it used to be in this location) but the price quote was much too high. Decided to give this place a try. I was told off the bat, "Eh, just get a new sweater..." Like... WHAT?! Then she proceeds with a $30 quote but it won't be a two-way zipper, only one. There was no need to go on considering she couldn't provide the service I needed anyway. Plus I really didn't like the feeling I got with her initial approach: "Get a new sweater..." what was THAT about?! I thanked her and walked out. This may be a one-and-done/first and last visit.

I've been getting my clothes and suits dry cleaned at this spot for the past two years and they do a really good job. Service is quick and when I ask, I get to pick up my clothes the next day. It's a lot cheaper than some other dry cleaner places I've been to in the Southbay. I recommend them.

There are large parking area and parking is super easy. Their operating hour is long enough and customer service and price are pretty fair. I used to go to Rocket cleaners but so fed up with their workers attitude. I am happy with prime dry cleaner.
