Received notice at 8:20pm that J&G was 45 min away. At 9:15pm we tried calling the # they gave. 4 tries and no answer, plus the voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. We called our insurance company who had to contact them directly for us. They said they were delayed another 30 min, which would mean 9:35pm arrival. We waited until 9:50pm to follow up again. No response, no answer.By now we had been sitting stranded on the side of the road for nearly 2 hours. My husband just youtubed videos on how to fix our issue and he took care of it.J&G should change their name to UNreliable roadside. At a minimum they should have notified us of the delay or at least picked up our calls. What terrible service.

I just got rescued by George. After being locked out of my vehicle, thank God George knows what he's doing, trying everything he could possibly do just to get my keys out of my trunk. Thank you so much J and G roadside assistance. Thank you for your hard work especially during this difficult times.

George helped me tonight when I locked my keys inside my car. He was fast and safe and truly RELIABLE! I can't thank him enough for really being a genuinely good person and effective at his craft! If you are looking for friendly, hard working and reliable roadside assistance look no further. I literally cried with joy when he unlocked my car. Life saver

Today I was supposed to be provided with roadside service, my keys got accidentally locked in my car, at first they said 20 mins they would arrive. They even provided a tracking site where the estimated time was provided, once the 20 mins was up, I received a phone call that they were 20 mins late. I waited 20 mins and nothing.. 30 mins.. 40 mins.. I continued to wait a total of an HOUR AND A HALF, when I called for updates they first said I was supposed to look for a Prius.. then he said "oh no sorry a truck" I then asked what the ETA was and he said I know he's there close. I then asked again " 5 mins ? 4 mins? He then responded with he's close by. He did not show up and they had to change my roadside service company. This has the been THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received. I have been waiting outside my car alone for the past hour and a half. What good is a roadside service company if they can't do their job and provide excellent, efficient, and great customer service to their clients. Please do yourself a favor and find yourself another road service company that actually does their job. Side note: When I called after the hour and half wait their call went to Voicemail automatically. I was provided with no feedback in terms of their arrival which of Course like I I mentioned earlier THEY DID NOT SHOW UP.

My vehicle caught a flat tire tonight and this business was the least helpful. I was referred to them by my auto insurance and even got alert notifications sent to me my tow truck driver was on its way, ETA of 45 minutes! I thought wow great, middle of the night who can I call being that my liability coverage did not include emergency roadside at All, luckily Dispatch did some searching and provided me their business however my driver never showed. I waited over 2h and no one ever arrived. I called the number provided on this site and received voicemail, and the voicemail box was full. I even sent text messages, no replies. This was a nightmare and now I have gotten no sleep and still have to find a new provider to get out this emergency. -1 stars

Today I was helped by George Great Guy He Let me know when he was on his way and when he was outside he helped fix my problem very quickly I recommend j&g reliable roadside :) for sure 5 star quality !!!!!!

My name is Cynthia , I had a dead battery , and George arrived right exactly on time!! I was happy with how quickly he arrived and jump started my 1999 Toyota. , it started so now I can get my appointment done !! Thanks George!!
