Went recently to get a replacement SIM card and the owner was very helpful. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped save me some money. Great service and very helpful service!

Stopped by last month to get some help on my friends boost mobile phone... this location was the closest to us. Even though we weren't able to get our problem fixed, the owner of this location was awesome. Great customer service will definitely be coming back.

I came here because I seen that this location had five stars and it was near my job. I needed to buy a replacement SIM card because I had prepaid a year's service and the person I bought the service for had lost the phone and now I need a new SIM to put in a different phone. When I purchased the service I just received a SIM and I put it in a Sprint phone I already had. The guy kept telling me that the SIM wasn't going to work and I kept telling him that didn't have an issue with the SIM not working in the last phone that wasn't a Boost Mobile phone. I just lost the phone and need a new SIM. He explained there were 3 different SIM cards and I replied, "That's fine, can you look in this system to see what kind of SIM they sent me and just sell me another one?" He continued to say, "Once I sell l the SIM, you cannot return and I don't want you to waste your money if it doesn't work." I replied, "I understand" and at this point, I'm not worried about wasting my money because I have an active prepaid SIM card in a phone that is lost and if someone finds the phone they can easily take the SIM out and put it in another phone and viola...free phone service. Then he said condescendingly, "I'll sell you the SIM, if it doesn't work, don't come back because you can't get your money back." I replied, "Don't worry about it, I'll take my money to a different retailer who will let me come back to buy it the other SIM card in case the first one doesn't work because I understood when you said SIM cards cannot be returned" and walked out.

We've been coming to get our mobile service with Jonn since I got my 1st Smart Device in 2015.He has always given my wife & I the best customer service & has taken time to explain any question this guy has had & he doesn't mind helping. No question has been too unimportant to take time to answer.He has also helped clear up a few problems we've had with our bill in the past.Now that Boost is owned by Dish, he was explaining the transition to me last month.He really enjoys what he does because if he didn't, he would NOT have taken the time to do that.
