I was upset with a crib arriving damaged, however when my husband and I went into target for assistance on what to do next. And Tree (not sure how to spell her name), she is guest services manager I believe, anyway she was so sweet, and helpful and doing everything to try to help us. Just wanted to acknowledge how great she was at her job.

Target has a great selection of everything that it has, it is a clean store, they have weekly sales. They have good prices are their thing's.

Worse customer service at this location., asked an associate if she could check for an item for me. She answered no with an attitude. And told me to goto customer service., pushed the button for assistance. No one ever came. Went to buy my items in self checkout accidentally double scanned one of my items. Turned around to see two associates hands crossed. Staring at us I asked one to help remove the item. With an attitude walked over. This is the worse experience I've ever had at a target. I don't know if because they deal with tourist frequently they have horrible customer service. But management definitely needs to look into it.

I want to thank and give a shout out to manager, Katie for her assistance and being so kind/ thoughtful! I had the pleasure of interacting with Katie on two separate occasions. I visited Target to return an item I received as a gift. The store clerk informed me she was not able to return the gift I received and I needed to provide a receipt. I informed the clerk I did not have a copy of the receipt and I did not want to ask my friend by letting her know I didn't like the gift plus I didn't want to offend or hurt her feelings. I asked to speak to a manager and Katie saved the day :)! She was so sweet, personable, helpful and provided exemplary customer service :)! She was able to solve the problem and did not question me further. She was so nice and able to assist! I left the return counter and went shopping for cough and flu medicine. There was a promotion where you buy 2, you get a $5 Target gift card on cough and cold relief. I purchased 8 boxes of Dayquil & Nyquil. I got in line to check out and pay. For some reason, the cashier had trouble and was not able to apply the promotion so she called for a manager. Lo and behold, Katie came to the rescue once again :)! She was able to assist and I was able to purchase cough medicine while receiving the Target gift card promotion without any issues. Thank you so much Katie for doing your job so well and providing excellent customer service! I appreciate it :)!

This is more of an affirmation as opposed to a review of the overall store but I just wanted to acknowledge and thank the cashier, B (they/them). I'm on vacation from out of town and stopped in to pick up a few things. While in vacation mode, I'm not really thinking too much about things but while I was in line ringing up my items, B mentioned price checks and took the initiative and price checked a bag of M&M's for me and saved me $2. My assumption about Target is that, like any other corporation, they're just greedy and fixated with profits. And although within that framework, the actions of this employee may seem counterintuitive, I have to say that as a customer, B's actions makes me feel valued. For me, It's not really about the money. Saving $2 is great but I'm more impressed with the initiative and care reflected in even broaching the conversation and looking out for me, the customer. Their actions speaks volumes and I'm so grateful and will remember this as I continue to shop at Target in the future.

Horrible customer service from an Asian female that has a mole or birthmark on the left jaw cheek. She was assisting the self checkout on December 21, 2023 at proximately 9:10pm that was near the Starbucks area. I was next in line and was told to go to the open self checkout register, everything was fine but when it came to paying I clicked on cash and all of sudden she rudely told me " it is card only" and had slammed a closed register on my scanner area. She DID NOT inform me about a specific payment method nor to the line until she saw me use cash. Hopefully HR could speak to her in regarding this horrific interaction I had. I normally never leave a review for rude interactions but this moment was really unprofessional and embrassing.

3pm on a Friday came for a online pickup and to pick up something else as well There's long lines everywhere Nobody waiting at the Order Pickup area and there's 4 people waiting Lines at self checkout and regular are full of at least 8-10 people each line One worker at exhanges and returns with 3-4 people waiting Looks way understaffed Lines are long and parking lot is full Took 20 minutes to have my order brought out since I got here

The store manager and all assistant managers need to be fired immediately. Went there on a Tuesday about 9:30 am. got the two items I needed and went to check out. The self service registers were closed on the north side of the store. All 8 self service checkouts were on and operational. The south self service registers were open but only two were operational and the rest were broken. Really long lines at the manned registers and really long line at the south side of the self service cashier stations. You would think that the store manager would have enough common sense to open the self service registers on the side of the store that had more operational ones. No common sense manager here. The managers here are just plain stupid and incompetent. You want to see stupidity in action, visit this Target and you will be amazed at the complete incompetency of the managers. I ended up just dropping my items on the floor and walking out.

Don't do pick up orders here. They store items on the other side of the store from the pick up counter and they have one person doing pick ups. Ryan had to walk to other side for every pick up per customer. Waited 25 minutes for a pick up order that was supposedly ready for pick up. Not sure why management set this up in the most inefficient way.

Review is for the customer service desk, team member named Trusan (I think I spelled it right). She was extremely empathetic, calm, patient and helpful when we were trying to meet a target circle offer condition. Can't say I've ever met someone more courteous and helpful in retail but I had a good experience thanks to her. Thank you

Been here twice in two days. The outside looks deserted. I will say it looks pretty big. Didn't really look around just in and out. One register open and 2 out of four self check outs don't work.

This is everyone's go to Target whenever they're here for their Disneyland trip. I feel like this Target is bigger than the usual ones. I think Target's all speak for themselves, but what stands out from the rest of them is the huge selection of Disney related merch you can buy here. They may or may not be the same quality or even stuff that they sell inside the park, but a lot of times these does the job as well if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg at the park. Like another reviewer said, the lines are long, even the self check out.

This Target is my original go to growing up in garden grove that this place has made tremendous improvements. Being located by Disneyland resort, it has a great variety of Disney gear. They’re toy selection is really big and well organized and stocked.

It's an OK location.I found what I needed, but the stationary shelves where I shopped needed major re-organizing. Things were at the wrong places, and a lot of items were mixed in.Or perhaps customers are not as respectful as they should be? Where they don't put things back to where they pick them up?Regardless, the management team should have walked the store on the hour, every hour, every aisle, to ensure organization is the top priority for best customer shopping experience.
