“Its a mom and pop shop so they don't always answer their phones during business hours. There is a language barrier but I was able to accomplish what I needed to do. I had my racquet restrung, it was $20. It was done in one hour which is quick and efficient. Would go back again.”

Immediately, this employee (we didn't manage to grab her name, but she was a lovely middle-aged lady) approached us asking if we would like any assistance. She was very kind and helpful, giving us a few recommendations of her own as well as getting us a few that were of our size and preference. There was actually a GREAT selection of shoes!! We tried on quite a few pairs (2 of us trying on shoes, both 3-4 pairs) but did not feel rushed one bit or receive any annoyance/rudeness! She also gave positive comments of what she thought looked good. In the end, we left with two pairs. We payed a total (+tip for her amazing service) of $160. For us, we thought it was a great value/price. We left very happy and satisfied, thank you!!”
