I love coming here because they're honest and professional friendly and get your car up and running very quickly. They will also diagnose it and tell you very truthfully what they believe is wrong with your vehicle. My dad recommended them to me. He has a lot faith in Javier and Juan. Juan is so handsome too! ?

Frankie, the owner, came out on a weekend to look at our window scratch. We then took it in and he did the window repair cheaply and quickly. Really nice guy and upstanding business person.

The guys are nice and mean well but just not good mechanics. I had a header and exhaust installed, the exhaust bolts were all loose and rattling, same with the header and the check engine light came on. I had to have everything redone by Cypress muffler and HJ Auto. Spare yourself a headache and go to a place with higher ratings and more reputable work history. These guys mean well but just don't have the skills or know how.

Total joke of a mechanic , simple stuff maybe but more complicated issues takes weeks , car has been there for weeks and then was not repaired right after Juan finished blaming everyone else. He told a date to get the car. When car was supposed to be done , car was hit on the side after again he blamed someone else he offered to fix it , well car had over spray and was not repaired correctly, it's been a fiasco and Juan just blames everyone else. I would not recommend this shop at all , they had to repair twice what they fixed!!! Two months !!!! What a joke of mechanic.

First visit to One Stop. I had a suspension part problem and my vehicle was disabled. I sent out a quote request on Yelp on a Sunday and didn't even know all the mechanic shops it went to. Juan from One Stop called on monday and was ready to do the work. I had confidence in his no-nonsense approach and committed on towing my vehicle to his shop. Park Avenue is a very small business street, more of a wide driveway, just west of Beach Blvd. and between Beach and Weatern Avenue. Several car businesses back there. Juan and his crew got the work done fast and for a reasonable price. A great experience after Pep Boys on Katella in Orange tried to over-charge me $1,500 (see separate review). Great, friendly service from One Stop and I'm a satisfied customer. The customer waiting room is clean with proper seating and with 40 inch or so flat screen with cable. The business has been here 4 years with 4 years prior at another location. Many thanks.

Been going here for a few years now. Juan and his guys have always taken great care of our cars, for a very reasonable cost. They are always busy because of this. This last time I had to be towed in, and they took care of the problem and got it ready for SMOG without breaking my wallet.

I suggest a name change. Slow Undercar sounds more accurate. Part deliveries take on average 1-1/2hrs to receive, if not more. When you're trying to get customers in and out quickly, they make sure you fail. We're supposed to have our oil filters restocked, and they've been working on it for months. They have been sending a new person every few weeks to check our inventory, and nothing ever comes out of it. Fast undercar is unprofessional, sluggish, and inefficient. Use literally any other part supplier and you'll be better off. IMC, worldpac, and (dare I say it) O'Reilly's are all winners.
