The manager in charge darrin, was so bussy talking with a kid before it was my turn i was just trying to get gas and got a few items and hes was double charging me because he was distracted and he said it was his store, so if the owner of this location sees this please get a hold of me you shouldn't have employees like that disrespecting customers and trying to double charge. Like if we didnt know math. Im filing a direct complaint to the owner about this employee who claimed it was his store. Darrin

What a shame I changed my five star review rating to 1 star I just stopped real quick to get a cup of ice now the other AMPM sell it for 50 Cents and I'm not sure if with the app the drinks are 50 Cent medium or small I might be wrong but I used to app anyways and the she dude still charged me a dollar he got offended because I called him on it and he try to say that I have soda in it and I open the lid to show him and he felt stupid so he still charge me a dollar for ice they just lost four stars for over pricing something that should be free!

So i went in there to buy a croissant, yesterday 12-27-21, and a lady with light hair (manager) was charging me. she said $1.69 for a croissant, so i gave her $20 bill, she gave me back $4 and some coins, i was waiting for her to give me the rest of my change and she said that was it, that i only gave her $5. I was sure 100% that i gave her $20 bill, and i was sure because i only had 4 $20 bills in my purse, nothing else. i did not had $5, $10 Or $1 bills on my purse, i had just gotten $100 at the bank and i gave $20 away, so for sure i knew i had $80 in $20's in my purse.. she insisted i talk to her manager. i explained the situation to her manager who proceeded to check his cameras. After about 5 min , they both came out saying they confirmed in the video recording that it was only $5 i gave her... of course i was so mad, they didn't care. They knew THEY LIED. they stole $15 from me just like that. they probably need it more than i did. i was not about to get arguing with a business man who doesn't care about customer service and fights for $15. of course i walked away. i do not plan to go back. Just be careful with them.

I've been to this spot a few times for gas and snacks never no issues the workers are cool. But I have one question why did they stopped putting hot food at night? Hotdogs, hamburgers, corndogs etc. On all the locations not just this one and I also notice that 711 is doing the same the only thing maybe available would be the nachos with the condiments. I would like to know? I crave a hotdog and nachos here and there for us that like to eat or snack late is a bummer!

The women who work here are the absolute rudest employees I’ve ever come across. They are just the absolute worst. Because of this I avoid this gas station and go to the one on harbor. The employees there are always nice.

I wish I can give this place a - 0 after I heard what happened today at Arco. An employee from Arco sold a broken car to a singe mother. Before I tell you the full story let me express myself. If you go to Taco Bell to buy tacos and they sell you alcohol/ expired alcohol. That's illegal. If you go to court and while your going through security. they offer you to sells you a gun in your way in. That's illegal. But it's ok from an Arco employee to sell a broken car to an Arco costumes/ single mother. If the company doesn't know about it. They should fire him. If the company knows he is selling broke down cars to Arco costumes and the company and the management is okay with it.

Shout out to am on for all their great deals on MuNcHiEs .I was able to feed a couple struggling threw this economy hopefully life takes a turn for them and is able to assist them in their time of need..PIF daily
