i went today and the service by the 2 spanic dispatchers was horrible They think that they own the store and the others guys in the field uffff same sh*** you talk to them and they are like werever There was other guy telling me same thing about the dispatchers and the field guys He was very mad So i will not recomend this place

Had a great experience the first time we came here. Have since attempted to return twice to purchase more stone for a garden project. The first time, we showed up during posted business hours on a Saturday to find them randomly closed with a handwritten sign up — nothing posted on their website or on Google. Came back again today, after again confirming their hours on both Google and their official website (claims they’re open until 2pm on Saturdays). Show up at 12:27 to find them closing the gate, and are told by an employee they now close at noon at Saturdays for winter hours. Tried to call twice ahead of coming — before noon — but no one answered the phone. Could have saved us an hour’s round trip drive and wasted gas had they either answered the phone or had the common courtesy to update their business hours on their Google listing or their own company website. Unprofessional.

In my experience in this place it was very unpleasant because the man who served me was very despotic with me and so sharp that he just needed me to run, the truth is that this older man was very rude, in my opinion it would be serious if he did not receive clients and that they put someone professional and patient to help their clients.

We placed an order and we were told it would arrive by a certain date. Totally understand that things change and they have no control over shipments arriving at the port. Week after week we would call and ask for an update and Rochelle knew nothing. Her response every time was "let me call the distributor and find out what's going on" and she would never call us back. Same thing every week. It's been almost 3 months and we haven't received an ETA on arrival. The lack of transparent communication is frustrating. We had to cancel and go somewhere else.

I don't know know anything about building materials but I do know what I like and I was redoing a pool, the coping, and the paving around a fire pit so I needed to look at the materials available. Luckily, I found Howard Lasker at SBI. He helped me so much, for over a year, to help me identify what I needed, how much I needed and to time the deliveries properly. He also almost always answered his phone and was incredibly helpful. It's worth going to SBI for Howard alone. Great job!

SBI did the excavation for our foundation and installed our advantex septic system. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend SBI for general engineering.

I had another great experience at SBI with Rochelle Rutherford and just had to share how very helpful she was. I am hoping to put in a patio in my backyard. I do not have anyone who is able to help me as I am a single female and I have to trust the people whom I hire and depend on. That also applies to the businesses I buy from, in this case, SBI. Thanks to Rochelle who is very knowledgeable, nice and caring, she was able to see that what was being ordered for my job by the person I almost hired was not really what I needed. If it had not been for her, I would have been SOL. It is so nice to be able to trust who is helping you, knowing that they want the best for their customers. It really means so much and says a lot about the integrity of the person, (Rochelle) and the company, SBI. I may have to start over from scratch, but I am sure going to make my purchases from them and recommend them highly. Rochelle was so helpful and I am really grateful to her and for SBI to have such an excellent person working with them And looking out for their customers.

We redrafted our lawn with stone and this local business made it easy to do. I spent about 600 to turn an e tire lawn into stone, and the staff was helpful.
