Rude employees, go elsewhere. If not buying from the store and upgrading phone they deprioritze you despite coming first to the store. Considering there are so many T-Mobile stores in the area, go elsewhere where being a customer of T-Mobile is actually appreciated. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
