First time client, and I liked it. I came here because I had a free cut and just wanted to try it out. I left happy. The barber was nice and quick with explaining things as I am a new customer. I got a regular ol' haircut. The barber knew right away what I wanted and was quick to cut it right. Showed me how everything was going and when asked to cut certain spots more she did it and she did it well. If I had another coupon for a free cut I wouldn't hesitate to come here and enjoy an amazing cut but I am not paying $28 for a haircut.

**** BEWARE****This is the worst establishment I’ve ever encountered. Lana(person photographed) yelled at me because I wanted my haircut fixed. They accused me of taking advantage of their policy to get free haircuts. They quote on quote stated that they won’t fix my hair because they don’t want to work for free. Management or ownership didn’t do anything to rectify the issue. I’ve sent the full video to corporate and the franchise owner. Paul Bibeau, Take some ownership for your employees. Totally uncalled for.

Ridiculous. Walked in at 4:30 pm, posted closing time was 6:00 pm and was told that they are done for the day. 3 barbers and 4 people waiting. Change your closing time so we don’t drive 20 minutes to your establishment only to be turned away. Pretty weak for a chain haircut spot**Edited for response from business - I did check in at 4:36 on the tablet. After I checked in, a barber approached me to ask if my name was on the board. I looked at the board and didn’t see my name so I said “no” The barber then told me in exact words “sorry then, but we’re done for the day” so I repeated to her “you’re done for the day?” And she said “unfortunately yes” so I turned and left. I did not receive a haircut cut. Please check with your staff

It’s been said by other patrons but the haircut here has been a mixed bag. I wouldn’t complain it’s terrible but could have been better. The quality is not as good as the one in Yorba Linda. I kept it with the same number to keep such consistency but somehow some hair dresser just do their own thing, could be good or bad. My last one here wasn’t too bad but definitely being cut a bit too short. I shouldn’t say inches for the hair length as she may not understand it. It’s your own non-metric system lol this is why the metric cm is better when even a barber barely understand it. Staying with the same number and standard can be improved. Otherwise why bother keeping the hair style with number? consistency is the key here

I have to say that this is, bar none, the absolute worst haircut I have ever received. I would not come back here again and deeply regret doing so. My haircut looks like that of a child. Guys, stay away.

No wait, seen immediately, great shop and friendly ladies. I went up and down the street and other barbershops were too expensive or didnt want to talk to you when you walked in. Wide array of services here too.

I will not go back. Today I tried using the sports clips app to log in from home. When I got to the store it had not worked. I tried explaining to both stylists present but they didn’t care. Whatever was on their board was not something they were willing override. I waited for Liz for thirty minutes. Someone else who successfully used the App remotely arrived after I had waithed 30 minutes and Liz took him before me. I left and found a new barber closer to home.

I have had two great experiences at this location. $50 including a generous tip gets a haircut, quick beard trim, shampoo with head massage, and a shoulder massage from one of those handheld massagers.

This is without a doubt the worst haircut my grandson has ever received. She ignored my instructions and just cut his hair the way she wanted. And all this after a 1 hour wait. Terrible!!!

Ok so first off, I am a new customer and I can say with confidence that this will be my new spot. Clean shop, super friendly staff, easy check in, easy check out. My regular spot has shut down so I needed to find somewhere new and Sport Clips did not disappoint.
