The SHREK LADY made not want to get my shoes. She was giving me the evil eye and following me around the store. It was so unsettling. She had a heavy energy and made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I wanted to get new Hokas. DONT COME HERE ITS SCARY.

Bought shoes on sale for $40, original $60 right before Christmas. Look at these pictures! Only worn a handful of times! Never seen this happen! Are they fake? Very poorly made? Never going to buy from Shoe City ever again! These shoes should have not been sold! Beware! See how they replied with "They will accept a return of *UNWORN* shoes." And before 30 days. Makes it impossible for Shoe City to accept responsibility.

They have a sign in front of all the shoes that specifically says what shoes are on sale and they will not honor it!!! When I asked the assistant manager seemed bother that I asked her! The girl I first asked said she didn't know!!! How do you not know and work here!!! Then the manager proceeded to tell me she is rearranging everything that why the sign is out!!! You really need better customer service!!! I have 4 kids I buy shoes for and will never shop here again! Sad the customer service is so terrible!!!

I went to this location yesterday and I couldn't stand being there an extra minute. It was so hot their AC is not running. It feels so suffocating I don't know how the workers can work with no AC and unbearable heat. I'm glad I was able to find another shoe city nearby and got what I needed

The manager there was rude.. I call ahead that if I can do an exchange and if manager was there...and they said yes.. when I get there she said I can't make the exchange... I really did my best to be calm..

We came here so my husband can buy shoes. We were asked if we needed help multiple times at the moment we where fine. While my husband was looking around, we found shoes for ourselves then he found the shoes he wanted the pair they brought him where a little dirty. So he asked for a different pair the second pair where scuffed. He asked for a different pair. The lady pointed out where the shoes where and walked off. He then asked her to help him find a different pair she told him you keep saying the shoes are dirty you can look for them. She then ignored him. I guess they only want to help you as long as you don't need anything. We left the store without purchasing anything.

Been going to this place since 05"-08". Hands down "Best Selection" of shoes regardless of the "WSS" which is practically across the street. Recommend it too anyone with any style. Plus the young women at the counter let my Son spin the wheel himself and sure enough he spun it too the "#17' spot one away from winning on the "Green spot" Thanks too you all who make my trips pleasent everytime I'm in the store.. P.S --- Please bring back the Best Shirt Selection I really miss it.
