This lady is terrible with customer service. She so lazy and rud3. I needed some assistance with carwash and she blew me off in a rude way. Then I tried to purchase something and she said she's taking a break and to come back in 30minutess. Meanwhile she sits and is on her phone. This is a very bad look for shell as this is the 2nd time she does this with me. Don't know if it's personal or she's just a bad attendant

I come here regularly to get gas and a quick wash. Today I came and so happened my toddler was sleeping. I filled up and got a gold cash wash. I went to use the vacuum because well kids, and I accidentally sucked my receipt up. My fault, but what got me was what happened after. So I went to the cashier who happened to be on his cell phone which is fine but I didn't noticed until after I started to tell him what happened. In Spanish he told whoever was on the phone hold on. I started to explain again what happened and what pump I was at. He looked at me said oh yeah 5 and printed me a receipt. I said thank you and got in line for the wash. As I was in line I looked at the receipt and noticed it was mine and it was the wrong wash. I thought oh I'll just call. So as in line I called and said hi I was just up there for my wash immediately he says sorry I'm busy and hangs up. I was a little shocked and was like okay maybe I'll try the code he gave me. It didn't work. So I tried to call again, and he answered. I explained he gave me the wrong code and it wasn't my receipt. He said I'm busy and it's not my fault. Again speechless, I said I paid for it and he cut me off and told me hold on and then hung up. So I decided to drive up and give him the benefit of doubt. As I turned the corner I didn't see anyone. So I got out of the car, he looked at me and already I could tell he was irritated. He open the drawer and I gave him the receipt and explained he gave me the wrong one. He asked me multiple times where I put gas and how much I paid. I was nice and gave him all the information. As I'm waiting 2 people came up behind me, and I apologize to them. They were both nice and said it's okay. The guy then waive to take them. I didn't mind because I understood I've worked in customer service. Once he was done he asked me again where I paid and how much exactly. As I'm telling him his cellphone is consistently going off. He prints out the receipt and tells me be careful that I wasted a lot of his time. At that point I was upset. I told him, I was a paying customer and that comment wasn't necessary and walked away. I know nothing will change and the customer service industry is hard. But I wasn't rude and was understanding, the least you can do is be understanding and respectful back.

There were issues with the mobile payment system, which failed to provide the code for the purchased car wash. After several minutes of arguing, I managed to obtain the code from the attendant. However, things took a turn for the worse as the car wash did not function properly. Despite entering the code and receiving an "OK" message, the machine failed to start. The attendant placed the blame on me and refused to offer any assistance. I spent a few more minutes arguing with him, but he provided no guidance on how to appeal the situation.Frustrated, I took note of the attendant's name from his tag and returned to my car to write this review and contact customer service. Surprisingly, the attendant noticed me and approached me with refund documents. It became evident that he knew what needed to be done but chose not to take the appropriate action. His behavior was characterized by laziness and deceitfulness. I strongly urge the owner of the station to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter.

People always standing next to the pumps asking for money. Just recently the owner closed down the vacuums after a specific time in the car wash water literally smells like feces highly recommend not coming here.

As others have said, this place is convenient to get to during a road trip. However, they don't let customers use their bathrooms. WTH?!

Gas is gas, but there has been an increase of homeless at this gas station that I feel more and more unsafe to go. I left because I felt unsafe. One got upset because I didn't give him money. This is a concern and should be addressed to the city or police to be fixed. I have seen them bike around, camp, or simply hangout waiting for customers to roll up. At night is worse than the day. You never know if their mental health status. They can punch you or worse, knife you. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

I stopped here for a quick $6 pump. 87 gas is $5.46. I can definitely get about 25-30 miles with my hybrid. I paid cash to the employee. I pumped the gas, or so I thought I did. After I pumped the gas, I got in my car and noticed my miles didn't move. I went back to the gas station and asked the worker if he can tell me if the pump actually pumped gas. Well, no, apparently he couldn't tell me. He also had the nerve to tell me that I can't get any gas with $6 - really? I know I can for a fact. Instead of dealing with an incompetent employee, I paid another $6 worth of gas, and I could see the drip of the gas, plus the smell this time. The first time gave me NO gas. I pay attention usually, but why would I assume the pump isn't going to give me gas? Never going to this place again, it's a scam and they got an extra $6 from me. I could have gone to another gas station, but I was about to get on the freeway and this Shell was convenient. Lesson learned.
