This pertains to the food/cafe area of the facility. It takes forever in line for ONE employee to take your order. Prices are very reasonable yet to get to that window is anywhere from 15-30mins in line when only 4-5 people are in line. You end up hungrier waiting!

in October around the 27th we ordered tires for our car and they told us it would take 2 to 3 days to get the tires in. well Sams reordered them on the 9th of Nov and they finally came in on the 11th of November. There was no phone calls or any attempt to contact us and tell us they were in. well long story short they have been there a week and now we have to wait ANOTHER week to have them installed I used to have a high regard about Sams but this is So not right. seems like they really need to retrain their automotive people

Today I was welcomed by a racist lady at the door. I confronted her and she had the audacity to play the victim. I bought my membership in June and I always walk in to the usual "hi welcome" tonight the lady stopped me and asked if I had a membership and I said yes. Then she's just staring at me so I uncomfortably asked if she needed to see it and she said yes. First red flag because that's never happened to me before. As I'm digging in my purse for my card she saids " we have a problem with people stealing". So I said " oh you need to see my card because I'm brown, I understand now" She starts going off saying how could I and how dare I. I said you're the one talking about stealing and she kept talking over me so I walked away. I didn't know holding my membership card up was a magic way to stop shoplifting. All she had to do was say excuse me I need to verify your membership not take it to theft. Especially since they scan my card to pay then scan my receipt at the door along with several items I purchased. As I'm digging in my purse she ignored people walking in after me and didn't need to verify if they were members.

This place is so disorganized Gabriel answered the phone she was going to check on something she put me what she thought was on hold and I heard her say I'm just going to hang up on the person !! Who does that ?? I worked for Sam's about 15 yrs ago as a COS - our members were a priority yes they could be over bearing , demanding and sometimes down right rude but never the less we treated them with respect and tried to help them out in anyway we could ! When my people did anything less they were coached !!! Like I always said " if you don't like working with people then you shouldn't be here !! " no harm no foul we need people who are here not to just earn a paycheck but to enjoy what they do til it's time for them to move on . " Ma'am or Sir (Mgr) please pay attention to your people what they do will either make your warehouse excel or fail - I know you have plenty on your plate you don't need to take it all on yourself - pick the right people you can trust ( not a favorite ) someone you know that will get the job done with integrity and ask them to be on your team to help you get things done ! My Experience today was awful and you membership desk personal need to be trained or moved around until you find the right individuals to work the desk . MANAGEMENT: Please train employees at gasoline center. I had a digital wallet (membership) card, not the physical card. Staff didn't know to show me how to utilize the app. to verify membership at the pump. Waited, 20mins in line for gas and no resources to help successfully get me gas. Overall terrible reflect on management here!!! SOLUTION: Train member on new initiatives like the Sam's App. Give them a master-membership card to grant access to member in my situation.

I ordered new tires on Wednesday.. I show up on Friday to get more info and see if I could schedule a appointment for install.. guy made me wait until Monday for my appointment.. then I come in on Monday and I was told the tires have not arrived and you would have to make another appointment when the tires do arrive.. I get a call today 1 week from the day I placed the order saying the tires are ready but we don't have any available appointments until Saturday... so I'm pissed off already so I canceled the install and just picked up my order.. guy from the tire shop I guess was pissed off that I complained and canceled my install he throws the tires in my truck making major damage to my car.. I will never buy from sams club again.. I'll be using Costco for now on..

It really has been a long time since I've noticed an employee be racist to someone else or rude, but today I witnessed that at this location. As I was waiting in line at the customer service section, a white older female with short blond hair was working helping out a Hispanic elderly woman. The customer clearly did not speak English very well and did not understand the worker's questions. Instead of finding help or a translator, this lady decides to give the customer attitude and roll her eyes at her because she miss understood her. Then it is my turn to get my day pass and I realize that I forgot my DL in the car, but I have my work ID as I am a government employee. She gives me attitude as my 1 year old is yelling, but then decides the ID works. This worker should at least learn to greet customers before being placed to work the customer service area.

If I can give this club 0 stars I would! This is the most racist club ever! At the entrance they have a rude white male, maltreating those of color. Asking for club cards not only at the entrance but, persecuting people all over the club and asking for their membership. On the other side, a white female cashier throwing my clementines and bananas to the cart. Like who has these people working here! Really miss having Sams at Beach Blvd! The employees there were so respectful and humble. Here's hoping someone does something about it!

This is my favorite SC location. I appreciate how they've handled covid and their attempt to keep everything stocked and cleaned. But the real star here is Benney. He's always Checking the receipts as we leave and ALWAYS has a kind smile to give. He makes sure to make us feel welcome and wishes us a good day as we leave. It's a joy to see him during our shopping experience!!

Hi Went into LA HABRA to look around Then we decided to get a membership. We were assisted by a awesome customer service representative name Karen! Yes Karen, she was funny, helpful, totally great service!, gave info on membership deals etc.. I would totally recommend going to her if you decide to get a membership. Angela

I honestly like this club, and the managers are so helpful. they have quite good products as well. I miss their fresh orange juice! Their scan and go line barely had trouble, so its always a good thing!

Had tires installed yesterday on my vehicle. I was told 45 min to an hour and 15 minutes. Almost 2 hrs later and still no call. U spoke to a manager they brought it up to the attention of the tire staff. They handed me my keys with out saying a word and walked away. This morning my ypms light came on. I called them to let them know they said one of the tires may be low. I bought a pressure Guage to verify none were low. I informed the tire leader of what happened yesterday he completely dismissed it and said he would check t my tires were low. I informed him how I work in customer service and that u do not tolerate bad customer service. He said nothing..... I love sams club but the ppl they hire sometimes just don't give a damn

It's nice that they offer curbside pick up which has been very convenient during this pandemic. The gas station needs to have better circulation because a lot of the cars are not efficiently accessing the fuel stations, causing traffic and blocking access to the rest of the parking lot. The scan and go is very convenient because you don't need to stand in long lines. Have orders custom cakes and cupcakes and have turned out great. The orders comes how the way it was directed. Photos of their cake order catalog is posted. Have to order in warehouse though.

We Love coming here because it's less chaotic and packed unlike Costco. Comparable to Costco warehouse indeed
