I had a very bad experience at this store. The experience that I had was with an employee. The reason why my experience at this location was bad was because I had been waiting in line and I was getting close to be rung up, and there goes my turn as I’m being called to register number 4. As I’m making my way to the register a lady was blocking my way to move forward, so I said excuse me way to many times and the employee at the register continuously yelled next in line I finally was able to proceed and I said “I can hear you, I just couldn’t get through and she yelled out “I wasn’t sure if u were u we’re hearing me” with a mean face and bitchy attitude a very annoying and loud tone and I proceeded to say well I did hear u but I just clearly couldn’t get through she hits me with the “wasn’t sure if u spoke English “ in a very humiliating way for me that had nothing to do with the situation I told her “well I do speak English no need for the racist it’s not my fault you don’t like your job “ she treated me like a little kid and proceeded to keep arguing with me until she’s said we are not doing this we are done” I was like no need to scream I am right near you keep in mind the “manager “ was across from her and did absolutely nothing about the situation they went up to each other and just smirked . Employee was more on the big side outgrown blonde hair didn’t get her name since she wasn’t wearing her employee badge. The manager was African American that did absolutely nothing about situation discriminated me for my race. Line was long so I understand it was a frustrating time of day to be on the clock, but not an excuse to let out an infuriating type of anger towards customers that are just shopping for the holidays.

Bad attitude of the employees, and the manager also has a bad attitude, please change your staff, why won't people buy with that attitude. They feel like owners of the store.

The store is very clean and well organized. Lines are fairly short compared to some of the other locations in the county.

Why is Ross treating their customers like thieves? We have to show our receipts and open our bags and totally violating us. If you want to prevent theft then hire more people and pay them a decent wage.

I would like to complain about an employee of yours, whose name I cannot see here, who is 25 or 30 years old, male, medium height, thin, has long to medium hair, and looks a bit toothy. He treated me very badly and I am a customer who comes here to shop at every opportunity, but that day he made me feel very bad. And he treated me and my family very badly. He raised his voice and shouted at us. He has no right to do this to us. He is very disrespectful and I don't think he suits your company and store.

The greeter was the friendliest employee at the store. Cashiers were not polite, robotic and didn’t care to be welcoming. The atmosphere is way below TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. The store needs to be more organized. Prices are competitive. Again, the store needs to be cleaner and more organized for better presentation.

The place is very clean and tidy compared to other stores in this franchise. Only the men's section didn't have as much interesting assortment.

I only bought a pair of semi-dress pants. They didn't have any real dress pants. I went there due to an emergency. I had left my dress pants at home and could hardly go to the LA Opera in shorts that night! ???Otherwise, it's not a store where I would go to buy clothing.
