I bought a wrist corsage for my son's girlfriend for homecoming and it was beautiful! But he said it broke shortly after she put it on and he ended up coming home with it in his pocket. ☹️

Went in for a small bouquet for my wifes babyshower tea party down the street. I didn't expect much, but when i went, I was greeted instantly, i met with the owner this day, and you can hear the experience by how she talks about her flowers. The most loving person and her ability to help find someone what they are looking for is impeccable. I was so happy to find this place, and i definitely highly recommend it here.

Wow! Above and Beyond! I’m blown away. I needed 8 arrangements for a party at 3:00pm. Long story but we were unable to attend the event at the last minute.
(weather, pilot etc…). I called at 11am and they were closing at 1:00pm. Kathy was so helpful, kind and made it happen! I cannot say enough nice things about how sweet she was. They arrived and they were beautiful! Thank you thank you thank you! No rush fee, well priced too! Highly recommend!

I am impressed by the level of service and the beautiful birthday floral arrangement sent to my niece in Fullerton. Her favorite color is purple/lavender. The Mums the Word Team included a deep purple flower in the middle of the bouquet - simply beautiful! My niece shared a picture. MANY THANKS!

Here's wishing that everyone's Valentine's Day, was better than the disappointing service and floral arrangement I received when ordering here. I spent a while searching for a florist and ended up choosing this unfortunate shop, based on their online advertisement and location. I will never again order from this place. Literally my First and Last. Talk about misleading... When I called to express my displeasure, I was met with "We follow the recipe"... I indicated the roses were larger in the picture than what I received. I was advised with sarcasm, that for the amount I paid, they are not large roses. If thats the case, UPDATE your online pictures to depict the true arrangement. I don't care for cost.... I paid for an arrangement that I saw as Beautiful and not just your basic "Red Roses". Look at my pictures and see for yourself. What they mislead with and what I actually received. I don't care for cost, because if I did I would not have paid for their expensive delivery AND the additional "Expedited" Shipping. Also note, at the end of me expressing my disappointment, I was advised "Im sorry I don't know what I can do for you" and as I started to end the call, I was hung up on. - I was embarrassed and let down. DO NOT COME HERE.

Absolutely awful customer service. My husband purchased a bouquet from this floral shop and the arrangement was nothing like the "photos" posted online. We both have purchased arrangements from here for years and even recommended this location to family and friends. My husband brought the flowers home as we were in a rush to go somewhere and when we returned we both discussed the flowers are said they were definitely not the quality we have received in the past. The bouquet did not appear full as in the photos advertised and the flowers were tiny. We both called separately to speak to the Owner to see what we could do. She kept making excuses for the product we received and basically said we shouldn't expect the item to look like a "photoshopped online photo." We asked for a new bouquet and were happy to return the one we had picked up. She would not do that and said she could rearrange the flowers by making them shorter. I told her I wanted the flowers to look full and larger like what was advertised. She continued to make excuses. She originally said to bring back the flowers and she would issue a refund then put me on hold came back and and acted like she never said that. She refused to give us a refund. And proceeded to hang up on me when I told her I would put a review online and tell my friends and family not to order with them anymore. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very very long time. I also saw a similar review from 24 days ago with someone having the same issues. False advertisement for sure!

Mums the Word is top notch! They conveyed in flowers exactly what I wanted for my mother’s Celebration of Life. They had to curate fall flowers during Christmas season. The variety of interesting flowers was just stunning. The room looked amazing. We cannot thank them enough for completing this job during their closed post Christmas week. They went above and beyond. Our family highly recommends Mums The Word!

I believe this florist is linked to "Ruth's Roses". I purchased a bouquet for delivery at over 100 dollars and the bouquet did not look like the image posted online (and what I paid for) and it's just very disappointing. The person I sent the flowers to sent me a photo and I was honestly really upset as it looked nothing like what I picked. The size of the bouquet was a lot smaller than what I purchased as well.

I had ordered arrangements twice from this place and they do such a beautiful job thank you for your dedication to what you do and God bless your hands. I knew of this place before and I bought flowers for a funeral but then my boss sent me one when my angel went to heaven and I just don't have enough words to describe how we felt seeing and receiving the flowers.
