They added protein shakes and they are NEXT LEVEL. If you are serious about making improvements on yourself they have your back. Calculated macros, delicious flavors, all made by people that want to see you succeed. Ain't nothing better after a tough workout than an ice cold protein shake that tastes like a cheat meal.

This gym has a great culture and super friendly staff. Great environment with high-energy group classes. It's truly a great place to get your health in check. I highly recommend this gym.

I didn't even think I liked boxing when I first walked in (tbh, I didn't have gloves for that first class ) but here I am almost 2 years later. The classes give variety throughout the week, with a balance of cardio and weight training, and the booty classes are 10/10. 6pm class over 6am any day though!
